easy to setup and manage
What do you like best about the product?
very fast to setup easy to manage and restore files
What do you dislike about the product?
the time it can take to restore files can be slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps manage cost as we know what we will be paying for per user as opposed to other solutions which charge per gb. the product also saves us time as it is so easy to deploy and manage.

Consistent and Reliable with awesome support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that their support is 24x7 and USA-based. The multiple times a day backup is true peace of mind, including the daily emailed report. If you need to do a restore of email, you can surely know the backup is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The support is top quality. The entire process of backup and recovery is top quality. The only issue I had was they did not offer non-profit pricing when I signed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I'm solving using Dropsuite was to have consistent backup and archiving. Having multiple backups daily, it's helping me with clients who requests very specific recoveries. Having granular backup and recovery is a lifesaver for the client and super peace of mind knowing their data is safe 24x7.

Ease of use. Easy the fact that it is integrated with 365.

A little bit of a challenge auditing users vs 365. However, Eric has been intrumental in helping with that.

The benefits are the fact that we are able to do journaling and provide restores easily to our clients.
Excellent Back Up & Archiving Software
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great software to use and I enjoy how straightforward it is/user friendly. It doesn't take a large amount of time or effort to use when backing up old emails which I really appreciate. The pricing is affordable and I really like how responsive/quick the support time is if you are having any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an option to notify users of any system upgrades or changes because this isn't communicated clearly sometimes. (Lack of awareness causes issues on the users bag.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One issue that is being solved using this software is mitigation of loss of data/email files. I think this tool has been a great help of backing up older emails and communication that might need to be cleaned up in one's inbox. The tool is extremely easy to use and straightforward. It works with MS 365, which is great as well.

I would recommend looking at costs and other reviews to see if this tool is fit for what you're looking for!

Easy Office 365 Backup & Archiving
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like best is the ability to implement email archiving without having to upload a massive amount of old emails, making deploying email archiving easy and cost-effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The archiving functionality is not as well developed as some other solutions that I have used (e.g. Global Relay). You do not have fine-grain control over user access, and the search functionality can be a bit clunky. On the plus side Dropsuite is much simpler to use and the interface is fairly modern. It would be a challenge to implement as a compliant archiving solution (FINRA or HIPPAA), but for non-compliant archiving it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reliably search all email and not have to depend on Outlook. It is especially good if you need to look at older emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward software to use! It is far superior to find deleted or lost files than Office 365. It is very reliable. Any time I have been searching for a file or email that was lost or deleted, I was able to find them. The search function works well. It is nice that I can feel confident in relying on Dropsuite as my Office 365 backup system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was complex. I should have had someone at Dropsuite helping me, but I figured it out on my own. The only other negative I can think of is that exports seem to take a while sometimes.

I solved a lack of third-party backup for Office 365 OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, etc. Microsoft states that they are not a backup solution in your contract with them.

The ease of use and reliability of the backups.

There are some alternative solutions that are slightly cheaper than DropSuite, however, this is the most reliable and easiest to use solution I have found.

Fast, reliable and uncomplicated
What do you like best about the product?
It's installed in just minutes and without the need of studying manuals. Backups are running fast and reliable. The licensing is simple and affordable. In case of questions both, sales and support, are very responsive. We are using the product not only for ourself, but also for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complains so far. There are some additional features we would like to see in future, especially for new or changed services in M365.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do both, backup and archive, of our (and most of our customers) entire Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams. For us it was very important to have a solution that complies with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Dropsuite has the ability to select a region,´when the account is created - in our case all data is stored in Germany.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a product that gives peace of mind. It does exactly what it needs to do and there is no additional costs for any storage space.
