What do you like best about the product?
The Dropsuite system in easy to setup and use. Predictive billing is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to determine how to restore previous versions.
Support through separate channel is sometimes difficult.

Backup of the entire Office 365 Suite, including OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams is a great benefit.
Archiving and Legal Hold are also beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate inside, and fairly simple to get accounts setup and backing up within minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
The alert notifications need some more granularity on alerts if something is needing work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent O365 backup of email and Sharepoint where it is not being hosted on Microsoft servers as well.

It is easy to setup and administer.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration between DropSuite and O365 was nearly effortless. It took time to scan and get e-mail copied over to DropSuite, but I can't express how easy this was to set up. From a 15 year IT veteran, transitioning from one product to another, or in this case, adding something new to our environment is generally riddled with difficulties, but the expert team at DropSuite helped us make this an effortless process. Additionally, once up and running, it wasn't a week before we had to do a restore to an entire SharePoint file repository that had been errantly deleted. DropSuite made the restore as simple as a few clicks. In the course of the 2 years we have had this tool in place, it has made our life much easier as administrators and we have been able to resolve issues in a fraction of the time it took before we invested in DropSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
In 2 years we have had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly by customer service, due to upgrades to the interface that we weren't quite aware of. This lack of communication and knowledge beforehand of the upgrades caused some minor confusion with restore methods and options that were available, but again, Customer service and support were very fast to respond to our need. If I could offer any feedback it would be to communicate better with end users before a change is made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we transitioned to O365, there was a misconception regarding the nature of true e-mail archival. I have experience working with true e-mail archival solutions, specifically regarding e-mail journaling, so I set out to find the quickest solution available while keeping in the parameters of our IT budget. I set up demos and pulled together requirements quickly and worked with about 4 vendors. DropSuite was the easiest to demo, roll out and transition to while staying within budget by a long shot. Post transition, our help desk turnaround time for e-mail retrieval and long term archival tickets was cut to a fraction of the time. DropSuite is one less solution to have to worry about for us. They have cut out the complexities of the system management process through the beauty of cloud services and have remained affordable and easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your due diligence and compare to others in the industry. I think you will find that Dropsuite is the most bang for your buck you can get by a long shot!

We love the fact that the product just works. Having our clients use this solution has been a great decision

We haven't found anything that we dislike at this time.

Providing a second layer of protection for our clients O365 products is the biggest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the software, it really keeps everything backed up and organized. I don’t have to worry about emails getting lost!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about the software. Don’t dislike anything. It’s easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s very manageable and I don’t get overwhelmed with all my emails. I don’t get lost in emails. Everything is backed up and sorted!
Love the protection
What do you like best about the product?
Enjoy knowing that our emails are protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay. I cannot say too much of bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails are no longer lost. Stuff that has been deleted is easily retrievable.

You will be pleased with the switch. We've been using this for over 6 months and everyone in the office enjoys it.
