Easy to use, affordable, and worth the cost

What do you like best about the product?
It's a life saver when our clients need any deleted emails recovered
What do you dislike about the product?
When a bulk recovery is needed, without restoring the entire mailbox, it can be time consuming to complete

Bad UI but great backup

What do you like best about the product?
Dropsuite completely backs up our entire client bases M365 and Entra ID. Runs in the background with almost no maintenance required. Very easy to set up as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not great, not the easiest to search for individual items

Reassuringly Simple, Reliable, and Dependable

What do you like best about the product?
Dropsuite is easy to configure, using a service principle application instead of global administrator access like other solutions, and the ability to automatically licence using a CSP is great. Restores of recent data are quick and the retention period is amazing. We use Dropsuite across all 365 tenants and appreciate how easy it is to deploy and maintain. When we've had to contact support via our CSP and Dropsuite, they've been useful and provided detailed scripts and information to resolve typical errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI when completing a restore is very clunky. There are restrictive folder limits when looking for SharePoint sites, and the emails don't always structure themselves in folders as you'd anticipate. Restoring older data is very very slow but it still works great. The Autotask integration duplicates licences on contracts, and needs some work, but it's still a newer feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft 365 backups cannot be trusted, and are not reliable or straightforward to use. Dropsuite gets around that by offering an affordable, dependable alternative.

Dropsuite is a great tool for Office 365 and includes a backup of both emails and OneDrive

very slow to restore files and emails, needs more options for single file recover

It just so easy!!

What do you like best about the product?
It couldnt be more easy to configure and run Dropsuite Email Backup and Archiving, set and forget! It easily integrates with our vendor's billing and therefore our billing for easy implementation and ongoing billing to our clients. Customer support if needed is prompt and easy to follow, we have rarely required support on the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having peace of mind that we have email backup for our clients longer than the timeframe that Microsoft provides, it's simple restore feature makes it a breeze and my tech team spends far less time restoring email.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to use
And most importantly, it just works !
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike if I’m honest, if anything at all, maybe just the way you might have to download a backup in split mode rather than in full size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
