Telemetry monster without gotchas

What do you like best about the product?

OpenTelemetry standard, plug and play, no hidden costs, extremely fast, great obvious design, great customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?

Its very new product so its yet to gain traction.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

OpenTelemetry collection, log and metrics collection (both from kubernetes and bare metal), alerting, troubleshooting.
