Outstanding Support and Highly Effective Browser Isolation
What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Support Team based in Singapore is excellent; they always respond very promptly whenever we encounter any issues. I also find the Browser Isolation feature to be very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the Browser Isolation feature can create problems for users, such as rendering issues in the browser or difficulties logging in, which can be inconvenient. Nevertheless, these inconveniences are not significant and do not pose a major problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool benefits our organization by offering Browser Isolation, allowing users to access websites in a Secure Isolated Mode. Additionally, when conducting investigations, the logs are valuable for tracking user history.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is excellent, and the user interface is both fantastic and intuitive, making it easy to find and navigate to the items you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge I often face is the time zone difference when seeking help from the service desk. Frequently, I am connected with someone based in the India time zone, which can be inconvenient. Since I work a standard 9-5 schedule in the GMT time zone, it would be much more efficient to communicate with support staff who are available during the same hours for quicker assistance in times of need as our business needs are not being met.

Top Web Isolation Platform with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product and stands out as one of the leading web isolation platforms available today. The technical support has exceeded our expectations, always attentive and responsive to our needs.
User training requirements are minimal, as the web isolation process typically operates in the background without users even noticing.
The platform also offers flexibility in implementation, making it easy to integrate seamlessly with other SWG products.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we've encountered is that the Menlo Security proxy can sometimes slow down internet browsing sessions. I think this is an expected consequence of the product and, in my view, a reasonable tradeoff, though it can cause some frustration for end users.
This isn't exactly a complaint, but it's worth noting that for websites relying on source IP address restrictions, you'll need to take an extra step during implementation with Menlo to ensure whitelisting is handled properly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser isolation is one of the most effective ways to mitigate attacks on your web sessions. It protects both users and networks by running browsing sessions in a secure, remote environment, which blocks malware, ransomware, and phishing attempts by ensuring that malicious code never reaches local devices. This approach allows for safer access to potentially risky sites, helps prevent credential theft, and provides control over downloads. A feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to rewrite risky files on the fly and deliver a safe copy to the user. For example, a DOCX file can be instantly rewritten to remove any potentially malicious code, ensuring that the user receives a secure version.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the administrative panel and the reporting that I can use from Menlo Security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I can think of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering out and protecting the end user while utilizing the web.
Highly Effective Web Isolation, Minor Lag Compromise
What do you like best about the product?
I find Menlo Security very easy to implement and use, with minimal issues for end users right out of the box. If any problems do come up, changing policies is simple and quick. I also appreciate the ability to restrict what files and file types users can upload or download to and from the internet. The initial setup was a breeze and took no time at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hiccup we've had is that the Menlo Security proxy tends to slow down internet browsing sessions; I believe this is a natural result of the product and a worthwhile tradeoff, but it does create some friction with end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Menlo Security as a web isolation platform, ensuring users can't interact with or download from malicious sites. It restricts file uploads/downloads, is easy to implement, and requires minimal policy modifications. It's a smooth experience for end users with few browsing issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The protection provided to users is both clear and transparent, which helps maintain a consistently smooth user experience. Additionally, the customer support team demonstrates strong expertise and is able to offer effective technical assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the Internet that fall outside of Menlo Security's control. For instance, if their IP addresses become blacklisted, users may have a poor experience when attempting to access certain websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users who visit suspicious websites are protected in any case, thanks to the remote browser isolation technology. The solution also includes phishing detection, which displays suspicious sites in read-only mode, preventing users from entering their credentials. As zero-day vulnerabilities in browsers become increasingly common, having the browser managed in the cloud by Menlo Security gives me additional time to update and patch browser versions across my user base.

Menlo Security offered us a unique isolation-powered platform that focuses on threat prevention. Great secure Zero Trust approach which kept malicious attacks at bay while allowing seamless online work for users. Additional benefit is the non-intrusive security to help maintaining business continuity throughout.
