Wonderful video conferencing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Jitsi is wonderful with so many unique and functional features. It is open source and provides support for self hosting which is wonderful. I like the generated links which have unqiue words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jitsi has a very clunky to use User Interface. As a developer myself, I think this is because the UI is not meant for so many features. Perhaps changing the UI to accomodate so many features would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been regularly using Jitsi for talking to my startup team. I no longer have to pay for other products. With so many features, it has gotten a lot easier to collaborate online.

Excellent Open-Source Video Conferencing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jitsi is that it is free to use for the users and freely available to develop with. Being a user it is very convenient for me to just visit website and host or run software without logging in or entering any sort of password.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an open-source software so anyone can use it even for unethical things. If we host any meeting and forget to protect it with password sometimes people from nowhere join. Sometimes it frightens you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I basically use Jitsi for video conferencings. Sometimes people are too lazy to download some software to connect with me so I just send them a Jitsi Meet link and they are super happy with that. Additionally I have integrated this awesome software to my online chatting platform and people are loving it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
People should use Jitsi only if they are willing to work with open source platform.
Quick and easy to implement self hosted video/ audio meet platform
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability and security of the self-hosted platform, while also having a publicly hosted freely usable deployment on the company website. Self hosting with capabilities to record and at the same time manage individual listener minutes and statistics is a huge plus compared to other platforms available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tutorials on GitHub and the company websites are complex and setting it up on the scale is a very tedious process. Easy to setup if manageable without scale(up to 300 users)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hosting costs of Jitsi are much lesser compared to the annual fee paid to services like zoom, Gmeet or team in case you prefer to have the meetings recorded without utilizing third-party tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a good DevOps team set up one jitsi server on the scale and it can really help you in cutting communication costs as well as having communications in a self hosted server. If not try their paid cloud plans which are still cheaper than alternatives

J'ai adoré le fait que c'était si facile à utiliser, et qu'il n'était pas nécessaire d'avoir un identifiant, c'était facile à mettre en œuvre, assez évolutif et simple.

Rien de particulier ne me vient à l'esprit quand on parle des aversions pour Jitsi.

En raison de la distance, il y avait des difficultés pour les étudiants à assister aux cours, et en utilisant Jitsi, même les personnes avec une faible bande passante ont pu l'utiliser sans problème.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install, community supports are excellent, customization on top of the platform to build own video conference system, simple and most effective opensource platform for video conference space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jitsi design and architect is not MCU; it's SFU, so it requires a lot of resources and powerful hardware at the end point to manage the multiple feeds at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using JITSI as a base platform, we have created various projects of video conferences for different industries like enterprise, education, etc. Also, it allows for live streaming on youtube, giving an add-on advantage for the event hosting part.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jitsi is that it doesn't require any account to be logged in. We can quickly start the meeting and share the link with other people instantly time. It had high video and sound quality which is quite impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the application, we have faced some slowness in the voice while talking. It needs to be updated as we need to understand our client's need properly for the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jitsi Application for our meeting disscussion of the project with the client. It had helped us a lot in time of lockdown and made it easy for us to understand the need of the client, and also gave us a platform to conduct seminars for employees.

I like it and want to suggest others use this application to have meetings and discuss projects n all.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Good Software. Best for Online Chat and Meetup. It is easy to use and very light software. Help us in socializing with friends, family and clients. The Quality of Video and with Extraordinary sound quality, It permits screen sharing, individual to individual cooperation, dial-in administrations. Its User Interface and other cool elements without downloading plugins and other modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option for sharing files. It uses a constant battery which makes your device heated. Sometimes I had issues changing sound settings, and connection problems may hinder the chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All communication problems are solved with Jitsi with my family, friends and colleagues. It's very easy to use and simple software. The quality of the Video and Audio is excellent.
