Ease of Usage
What do you like best about the product?
FSCM and BP parameters. They are very important about customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Turkey. We dont have a strong internet infrastructure. I'm worried about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually, we are generally using r3/ecc system. We have s4 only two companies. As far as i see, integration and finance side is solving almost all problem of ecc.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud unifies data across the organization, enabling real-time insights and analytics. This helps in making faster, data-driven decisions, improving overall business agility.

What do you like best about the product?
User experience is better and introduction of advanced capabilities. Clean code is practiced and servers are managed directly by SAP
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and limitation in customisation. A business or a product owner demands a lot of customisation. With limitation in customising, it could get tricky meeting the requirements. It's mostly Business that drives technology and not the other way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Business does not have to worry about managing the servers like in an On-premise landscape
SAP S/4 HANA Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4 HANA Cloud solution provides users to run SAP throughout on standard functionality. No customisation is needed in it as standard functionality fulfills all user requirements. Secondly the multiples tables are consolidated in order one table for example acedoca for finance and Matdoc for goods reciept.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any dislike till now. Will share in future if something happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All supply chain processes standard functionality enables the client to run thier processes smoothly.

I have been on and off with the product and I find it quite easy to use and implement. The real-time processing, scalability and intergration are one of the best features. The customer support team is very resourceful.

I find the cost and complexity of the service a little challenging.

Rapid deployment and time to value, by being cloud based it's deployment is way faster when compared with on premise deployments, Also it's powerfull and advanced analytics are also a plus to take data driven decisions

A true potential donwside is the complexity to customize for specifc bussines needs, migration to cloud also can be a downside when migrating from on premise systems

Simplifies core bussines such as finance, procurement, accounting supply chain, improved data accuracy that helps to make data driven decisions, optimice and eliminate manual tasks, enables best forecasting and scenario planning, improves visibiity accros supply chain, improves forecasting for aircraft spare parts
SAP enables seamless transactions to be carried out crossing many departments
What do you like best about the product?
It reduces a lot of paperwork and information is ready and accessible as long as the internet is available with the disadvantage that you cannot access the data in circumstances were internet is not available

Just the periodic system updates sometimes transactions are slowed down

I love the SAP integration capabilities ranging from Plant Maintenance to Materials Management.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using S/4HANA Cloud for a while in my current organisation. So, I can say that it is very easy to use and the number of features it provides exceeds in comparison with the on-premise.
The frequency of use of S/4 HANA Cloud has grown in me as well as in the organisation, as its integration is also quite easy to handle.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very less things I could dislike about S/4HANA Cloud. I would say the Customer Support can be a little better in terms of responses.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using SAP S/4HANA Cloud for a while now and there have been many benefits that I could see. The time it saves is very important and effecient in delivering work. Also, it comes ina decent cost and the ease of use and its features go hand in hand. So, the problems that persisted on an on-premise platform does not come here, as we are able to access S/4HANA Cloud from anywhere.

Very usefull in finding leads and also easy to use without any interference, Also easy Implementation,

There is always update going on and this shall be fixed with one single update quarterly.
