What do you like best about the product?
all information in one system, reports run from one database
What do you dislike about the product?
the interface, GUI, reporting, the keyboard shortcuts do not make sense, the system is slow, the screens are outdated

The ability to run both analytical and transactional workloads in the same instance at the same time

Some of the performance bugs that bog SAP products; hopefully they get resolved with subsequent patches/releases

Rea;l-time demand and capacity management in our business lines. We are able to get up-to-the minute data on inventory availability and have a better SLA for invetory turnaround
