What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to connect with customers through any channel to deliver value. It simplifies our process and drive them in a real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP Hana does not support all ERP products and it is a costly investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With s/4 Hana I can solve deep business issues and helps the organization to redesigning processes.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about S/4 Hana Is real-time reporting and its ability to carve memory into hot. warm and cold storage. This and the ability to use LSA++ and or other design techniques work wonders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really dislike much about S/4; however, as it is still very new; sometimes it is hard to keep up with changes. Also, understanding planning may be difficult unless you know the history and understand SAP long-range goal in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into current key performance indicators in real-time vs near real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get an SAP Vet that has worked in BW besides any modules being implemented.

Cost. The cost is a bit high, but customers don't have any other best option to choose.

Access Control, Work Flow, customization, easy integration with other platforms and so on

I don't feel any uncomfortable with SAP.

Real time data capturing, easy customization in forms & reports, framing access to relevant required personnel, complete pack of many best practices.

SAP is a complete packages of best practices and ease / convenient to use.

SAP S/4 HANA IS VERY ROBUST
What do you like best about the product?
Database structure and consolidated memory helps in business to readily store numerous business data very easily. In Functional area, new tables introduced in HANA is far better than individual tables for analysis.Fiori apps are also the most featured areas of data visualization point.

There is not much for dislikes,, it is good and every version of HANA databases has its own features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business who have implemented HANA is mostly benefited. In Functional area of a module lots of new tables have been introduced which helps in easy data fetching for reporting purpose. Some transaction codes are made obsolete and new transaction codes are introduced. I business MRP live the best feature introduced in HANA.

Recommendation for using SAP S/4HANA i.e very easy to use with little training
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use and solve complex issues regarding transactions, to administer large amounts. It can be operated remotely on all premises i.e office as well as in the home.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, it isn't easy to understand and to do entries or transactions. But a little training would be very helpful.

Effortless and fast transactions processing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those indifferent to use or not, I will advise them to use SAP as I have been using it for three years. In the beginning, it was a little tricky for me to use it, but by taking a little assistance from the implementation team and my senior colleagues, it became very easy for me. Now I am transacting and performing duties as Sr. Executive for the payable section of my company. Cash payments entry, receipt entry, journal entries, bank deposits, reconciliations, vender invoices, payments, etc., all work is being performed very smoothly and quickly by using SAP. It integrates with other departments of my company, i.e., HR, Sales, Imports, Supply chain, etc.
