SAP HANA is highly useful ERP tool/system for organizing a business model.
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4HANA provided dedicated modules for business processes such as Purchasing, Sales, Planning, etc. The integration between thos modules is excellent. Also, to manage authorization, they have provided a separet module that businesses can utilize to restrict access to different business processes within the team.
In addition to this, we can customize the system as per the client's needs to a certain extent.

What do you dislike about the product?
It required highly skilled IT consultants.
Training is mandatory for the business end users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
S/4HANA is One of the better ERP systems available in the market.
It streamlines the business processes.
We can utilize standard reports available within SAP to understand business activities.
We can set up different approval mechanisms for the various business scenarios; this will provide better control over business activities.
It improves compliance to processes, laws, etc.
It integrates with different applications available in the market with interfaces.

SAP has confused the market with so many versions of S/4 HANA Public, Private , Hyperscalers etc
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful known part of S/4 HANA is the faster processing of data, queries, and views for reporting. The other aspect is the new slick GUI which provides improved user experience, visualization, reporting, and most importantly cloud hosting which brings agility in enhancements, customizations and change requests

The cost aspect of Licenses and implementation, which challenges a lot of Businesses and clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process improvements with new and efficient ways of working that enable faster decision-making and business outcomes. The industrialization aspect of S/4 HANA entices a lot of clients for collaboration across industry partners

I wasn't sure how to extract my data at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier time planning resources, their schedules, etc. I like that it integrates different parts of my business. Can be a bit pricey but the investment can be worth it.

Programming is difficult. Implementation of the software is highly expensive.

By utilizing the real-time data, it helps to address the issue quickly. It helps to improve the performance by scheduling maintenance and inspection

Have faced customization issues with SAP HANA implementation. Also in some automated processes, it requires manual intervention.

SAP HANA provides a high-end user experience that helps to manage complex business problems. Also, it is highly centralizing

The fact that still industry lack in resources to work in SAP is something really saddening.

SAP S/4 Hana is the most advanced version of SAP. When the business grow they need to switch from Business one to S/4 Hana.

With SAP SA Hana, we can retrieve data very fast and we have very good view of using Fiori and other advanced tools in this erp. It is easier and helpful for all business.
Best Asset management software for time saving
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4HANA Asset Management helps in collaborating various functions of the organisation such as Production, operations , maintenance etc by sharing data, insights and progress status. The software gives real time visibility into maintenance activities, helps in creating simulations and compare forecasted resource usage for multiple scheduled versions before submitting final schedule for execution of various activities in organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large companies with many assets and cross functioning between departments can only use SAP S/4HANA Asset Management; this software is not apt for medium and small organizations as it becomes costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software helps in saving a lot of time as we can use the KPI dashboard for maintenance planning and resource scheduling. The dashboard is very user-friendly and helps us to gain visibility into critical KPI's such as work center usage, unconfirmed maintenance orders, and due maintenance orders. We can also drill down for further insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software with intelligent dashboards and real-time updation of data that would help your organisation in increasing productivity, improving transparency , optimisation of resources, avoiding bottlenecks and maximisation the value of your investments. Then this is the best software for your organization.
Effective ERP System offering Intuitive Reporting Functions.
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4HANA allows effective reports creation and the provided reports are very helpful and reasonable to the business. The business transformation functionalities from the system and multiple deployments are my favorite on this SAP tool.

I had no issues at all with SAP S4HANA, easy implementation and navigation through the platform feature and the support is helpful and available to customers.

SAP S4HANA offers the best and responsive reports production features, ERP capability is reliable and very easy to move data and provide excellent data analytics.

Highly-effective business operations report generation SAP tool and it has an easy interface to those new users to quickly learn its functionalities and generate quality and helpful services.

The innovation speed and making it all integrated with many possibilities for an organization to adopt/change according to their unique business need. It has advantages for the revamped architecture when compared to its leading competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of components that require a separate license, and thus for a holistic solution, various functions may be needed to be included even if only some 20-30% of that will be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics, process insights, minimum training need, hyper-connectivity, ecosystem collaboration, and the single source of the truth which increases the business effectiveness and agility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out the end-to-end view, and sometimes it may be better to have SAP component usage instead of third-party product for better integration and less redundancy, even if SAP component is offering fewer features than third party solution.
