User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's all in one set up. The current interface is lively and the tcodes are easy to remember.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I think this migration is essential to fix some problems form the previous versions .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem as of now and its benefits is that It is very user friendly and I like its new modern look.

Product Configurability for Fitness. Plugin availability for 3rd Party or Legacy Integration. SAP Support. SAP Community

Performance Issues, Tuning. Patch Downloading Time. SAP server connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was the requirement of business Efficiency Improvement by leveraging Integrated ERP and integrating 3rd Party Billing Solutions.
EXCELLENT SAP EXPERIENCE
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. The option to save drafts and the smooth functionality to post makes the user interface (UI) easy to handle. The software houses all the user profile information of a specific organizational unit and thus makes it easy to assign tasksto designated users.
What do you dislike about the product?
For security reasons, SAP logs off a user after a specific time of inactivity (usually 15 minutes). This tends to have the user lose some unsaved works. IF SAP could have saved the unsaved data before logging someone out, that would have been amazing and saved time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to manage orders on the SAP platform and create and process claims. The claims processed on SAP issued the credit amount for the clients, thereby assisting them in the reimbursement process.

The user-friendly interface and a vast range of functionalities, and its ability to incorporate all ever-changing legal compliances and strong internal control inbuild in SAP
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP is still lagging way behind in client support and domain experts. They are languishing in the implementation of new requirements arising out of GST compliances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organisation we are using SAP software for all accounting, HR, prouct managemnt, plant maintainance, procurement, sales, marketing and almost all functions
Best Tool For Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Helps reduce downtime and maintenance backlog, easily track all assets life and reliability

Nothing to dislike about this especially when it pertains to Asset Management

No problems faced yet so, solving none and benefits is the same as mentioned earlier that is it reduces downtime and maintenance backlog etc.

Initial cost compared to other similar software with similar functionality is pretty high and also developement needs to specific towards product so development cost and resource finding is bit tough
