What do you like best about the product?
In-memory databases make it possible to process even the largest masses of data in short order. This alone is a significant advantage over previous technologies. Meanwhile, in-memory technology also opens the door to further options in developing innovative applications that offer practical business utility
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited fiori apps and analytics results into another ECC in organization and difficult to bring digital transformation. it is the most 70s vintage ERP structure on the market - the implementation partners were not up to an enterprise standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimal practicality in basic and transactional systems that when combined with the power of business content, predefined processes and predictive software, SAP allows you to develop a roadmap to properly grow your unique data sets

LTMC is no more supported in this product.
If we can make any transactions on SAP Fiori app, then it could be much better.

What do you like best about the product?
Due to the in memory database , the business processes and table mappings are simplified . Due to its speed of access , the real time reporting has become possible with attractive dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the S/4 hana is a good one. in my opinion s/4 hana is more on finance area . it should be improved to simplify to all areas . Currently only Finance module is getting the most benefit of S/4 hana. The technical architecture is getting complex to solve the business problem. I believe the technical setup should also be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time reporting of the User Calls and transactions including top up. It immediately records the top up so ,that the users are not sent reminders despite they have top up. Earlier , due to the huge data processing , the reminders used to be sent to people who already topped up creating confusion.

Excellent performance to rapid execution of most tasks has been made possible by SAP S/4HANA for its speed. The seamless integration of our purchaser order, account payables, and account receivables into one solution is incredible, and real-time data to accurately solve customers' problems quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. SAP S/4HANA is very adaptive and easy to implement and use with the intuitive user interface and highly responsive team of professionals who are focused on pleasing their customers and are very supportive.

S/4 HANA is a massive performance booster. It has a lot of capabilities that give a significant boost to business and processes.

At first, it feels complex. But once we get used to it, it's a very attractive and great product.

Worked for an ERP solution for business with SAP S4 HANA. Coming from a traditional database to migrating to S4 is quite a journey. It changes the performance of a system to a far better extend. Reporting becomes very real-time as compared to the traditional system.

1) Application security needs to be improved.
2) Manual interventions happening sometimes. So it can be improved automation. It will helful for ease of work.
