What do you like best about the product?
Best practices, Business Process Standardization, Scalability across countries, taxations even languages. Now the HANA and FIORI... make any organization Digital Ready in weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some places the localization and Reports are Modular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This can't be concise has to be in detail of my 18years SAP career ..In Real SAP is capable to Solve Many Business Problems and supports Many Decisions Making.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Collect your Pain Points and the requirement to stable and scale. then the Core User has to be Strong in terms of detailing and collating the Data. Once this is ready , you can start the Project.

Good enhancement for quicker closing
What do you like best about the product?
The top 3 best things about the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud for closing as per me are as follows - easier management and tracking of all the closing steps enabling quick corrective actions, availability on cloud leading to reduced maintenance cost and global accessibility, templatized process steps for most closing process leading to easier user education
What do you dislike about the product?
Movement from the existing closing process to the closing on S/4 HANA is not just a technology change. It is also a process and mindset change. Hence, major efforts and contribution is required from the change management teams in the organization to get all the users onboard. Also, the one time cost of implementation is sizeable and business case must clearly justify these cost before S/4 HANA is implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are 2 key objectives of using SAP S/4 HANA for us. First is a quicker closing process at the end of each month, leading to faster reporting along with advanced HANA analytics capability. Additionally, faster closing leads to saving of bandwidth of the finance team which can then be utilized in other productive tasks. This has led to effort and resource optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
Best practice closing templates to save time. The efficiency of the tool. we can Improve transparency and insight and automation also good integration with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need seamless installation of the product. need to improve user-friendliness and AFC functionality. I AFC on BTP process is already on the road map of SAP that's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process all closing tasks in a single environment and save time with automation. Monitor the status of the closing process in real-time – from the whole group down to a specific task of a single entity
Good Improvement over traditional closing
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this is the multiple automation possible which can quickly finish the tasks which were done manually before. In addition, the progress of the closing can be tracked from anywhere and in real time. This can help identify any obstacles early leading to a faster closing. In addition, other advantages of any technology over cloud also hold good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of a disadvantage from a technical perspective. However there is a significant cost and effort involved in change management as the ways of working and processes would change significantly when moving from traditional close to closing using S4/HANA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The closing time has reduced significantly. There has been a savings of at least 1 working day in finishing the entire closing process. This has additionally helped in optimizing the resource allocation and saving on the FTE cost
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool provides a lot of functionality. One needs to be careful and pick and choose what is required as per the organization's business processes and requirements. Only because there are numerous capabilities available if one decides to implement all of those it will simply complicate the process and the adoption of the tool would be hampered. The tool should be made to fit your requirements and the processes and not the other way around.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fiori
SAP S/4 Hana is business suitesupporting ERP & BI capabilities which is supported only for SAP HANA
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease tat which you can perform the database search it does not support Batch processing because it supports real-time data processing. Real-time data processing makes it a default choice for IoT Solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, nothing much on the functionality perse but the biggest drawback which any person in the Industry will agree is it only support SAP HANA as a backend Database system and overall business suite is created over it. So yes this is a major limitation for any firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well multiple issues were resolved by SAP S/4Hana
1. Need for a composite ERP System availability - Integrated system does have its disadvantage
2. Supporting our IoT Solutions which does require a real-time data pull on case to case basis

What do you like best about the product?
The major update of moving from ECC to S4 Hana is the improved system speed and performance. The use of a cloud system makes it more efficient. Hence recommended getting the SAP updated to S4 Hana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet have not experienced any issues while using SAP S4 Hana. Only the cost of the system is costly compared to the other ERP software available in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP for the MM module, and this version looks suitable for report extraction from the system in terms of speed. No hanging of the system has been observed till now.

With the FIORI app for managing bank accounts, the user interface is amicable.

Timing, in some cases the connection takes too much time.

The user can easily create bank accounts.

The data is easy to upload and then can retrieved too. All the changes made are easily identified

What I found most helpful about SAP S/4hana cloud is that it allows for personalized analytics to be available at your fingertips. The embedded AI and analytics are amazing

What I find least helpful about SAP S/4hana cloud is that it Does not allow for de viewing of material transfer documents or tankage /scrapping materials. Need more customizable features

The business problems that SAP S/4hana cloud is helping solve are providing best in class world automated usable data from process automation. It Captures opportunity to better the business with actionable insights and intelligence.
