It's a robust system that helps run the business and helps leadership to make decisions
What do you like best about the product?
It helps maintain a discipline for transactions allowing for easier business management. The tools and functionality allows me to develop production plans that are achievable and meet our customers expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When new to it it's a bit overwhelming to learn all the different codes for the screens/forms. Not knowing slows things down at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us properly drive inventory based on our sales demand and work with our vendors rather than having to rush everything at the last minute. Our previous system didn't have a way to find out what we could build based on on hand inventory which we can do in SAP.

Liked almost all the modules of SAP. Most important aspect is real time MIS . Apart from transactions, SAC dashboards are most useful insight

Nothing specific; however training should be more elaborate

It's user interface is just awesome,it's like best fit .I will highly recommend this as it has everything a customer needs and at the same time it's easy to use

All products have some issues,but it's good things overcome it that's the product beauty.It can be made beautiful and everything has scope of improvement but it's a beautiful product.

It's solving all the problems for a enterprises at the same it is easy to use.Its ERP software is so much user friendly that it fullfill all our needs.Its very useful.

Issues in the tickets are generally resolved very soon but sometimes we may have the hurdle. Sometimes, the maintenance part may be costlier for the same.
Same goes with troubleshooting but rarely. Less factors to dislike.

Helped in Organisation restructure. Having a enterprise resource planning is very good to stay connected in the different functions of the organisation. Helped in better scheduling jobs, inventory management. Etc
The softw is software one of the best ERP's. It has a good reporting based transaction codes.

It enables users to run misson critical operations in real time from anywhere, introduce models in an industry, and expand glabally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest, no major dislikes maybe suggesting few idea for development.

What do you like best about the product?
The best ERP program for any production based business to streamline entire operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there is Nothing yet. All good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best ERP program for any production based business to streamline entire operations by managing changes through the product lifecycle. Manage Master data for all the materials, receipts, bills etc.
S/4 HANA Production Planning
What do you like best about the product?
PP/DS which was earlier available with APO is now available with S/4 HANA. You can do scheduling, run what if scenarios, pegging, and optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to setup master data accurately, especially if you are moving from a legacy system. If work centers and capacity are not defined as per real output, then you will constantly face situations where you deliver a short order to customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and optimization of production plans based on available inventory of RM and FG customer orders and capacity. It eliminates a lot of sub optimal manual scheduling and planning which makes the job of Production Planners easier.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP S4 HANA provides more security and flexibility than its previous ERP version. It is supported across multiple platforms and devices.

In many cases, existing functionality from ERP has changed which has made the process of conversion from ERP to S4 HANA more complicated

SAP Hana makes accounting auditing and analytics easy to handle
What do you like best about the product?
With SAP Hana you can easily handle large amounts of data and execut auditing and analytics on the data for GAAP analysis and other issues in the business operations without long wait times or complex processing servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP HANA is a complex software, so new users take a long time for onboarding to understand and learn all the features of the software entirely. While trained in silos makes it difficult for an individual to understand the application thoroughly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP allows quick and accessible account and invoicing practices on large processing sets of over 1000 invoices at any time. This makes the procedures easy to accomplish and to audit to be done on massive amounts of data.
