A superb tool for planning and scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it enables the real time monitoring of Manufacturing resource planning which in turns help in improving efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration process to sap4 hana from pre existing software sometimes result in loss of customized data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplify the product design process managing changes throughout the product life cycle manage master data for material routing

Not the most user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Able to search in one area for anything and everything needed
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most user friendly and requires a lot of approval before obtaining access. Logs you out quickly

Because it's cloud-based it has less problems than other software
SAP is a robust system that meets your needs from conception to distribution.

SAP is easy to use and user friendly. Multiple departments can use one system.

I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about SAP.

SAP has solved our bin availability issue in our warehouse. Keeping track of the current availability of products has increased our efficiency.

My Personal Experience With SAP S/4HANA
What do you like best about the product?
Being a Contract Research Organisation, we need to maintain integrity to the sponsor's data collected during the clinical trials. Not only that, the automation functionality of this software helped us a lot to run the clinical trials efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a user with only eight months' experience, I haven't found any issues till now, but a few times when I see a problem and raise the ticket, it is resolved late. That is the only issue I had found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing solution is more focused on resolving the issues raised by clients as quickly as possible, which is a perfect thing that I noticed as a user.
Modular and Analytics driven ERP Business Suite
What do you like best about the product?
S4 HANA is RAM Based memory product; it is lightning fast while executing and running processes. Also, the database is column based; hence this results in faster reporting, and data is stored in compressed form
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the advantages outweigh the usability of this ERP suite. A few ways in which S4 HANA lags behind are due to implementation complexity and change management issues which props up intermittently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S4 HANA is helping my business with the quick execution of applications, it also provides a comprehensive analytics dashboard that provides real-time decision-making for the business. It also helps with the new interface and UI which is lagging in other ERP providers.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4 HANA is a comprehensive ERP solution. As a longtime user of SAP products I appreciate the flexibility of the platform and the intuitive way the GUI functions. SAP S/4 HANA integrates the feel of previous SAP versions with extended functionality.

SAP S/4 HANA has a steep learning curve. Also, the permissions administration can make it possible for people in the same job function to have wildly different SAP access.

SAP S/4 HANA is enabling our company to control the production of a large number of disparate products. This allows us to serve our customers with increased efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Subscription licensing, system infrastructure and maintenance are totally under SAP's control once the customer take the subscription. In the cloud version, the automatic latest innovation upgrades are incorporated by SAP quarterly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to adapt for the new user. Too much training needs to be done to work alone without older colleagues.

It is unlocking the potential of cloud-based ERP. Increases efficiency, Fast implementation, Maintenance and support, Flexible subscription.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a lean solution which embraces Multi-Tenant architecture. Mainly emphasises ease of management over flexibility. It is highly recommended for small/medium size enterprises. Hence it keeps the small/medium size enterprises to keep the costs minimum, as it is a managed public cloud product. Also helps the companies reduce their implementation time to a greater extent compared to the on-premise products.
