It provides the rigor and discipline that is necessary in a leading ERP. The functionality and availability is solid. Some integrations and custom development are more challenging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost considerations could be a factor. There are also frequent product and technology "adjustments", which can make it difficult to execute a roadmap or strategy.

Consolidated view of all business transactions. Solid controls integrated into the system.
