What do you like best about the product?
Hevo has a straightforward interface, such as for models and workflows. It also has excellent functionality like reverse ETL and scheduling jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more integrations with other 3rd party tooling and a way to version control Workflows

Moving data from S3 to Redshift and syncing data in the datalake.

What do you like best about the product?
Hevo is a fantastic tool for data transfer, and I particularly appreciated its user-friendly interface. It made it easy to get started right away and I was able to transfer data from SQL databases into Snowflake with ease. The entire process was intuitive and straightforward, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, Hevo provided a wide range of integrations with various data sources, making it a versatile solution for many different business needs. I found the customer support to be responsive and knowledgeable, which added to my positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While my overall experience with Hevo was positive, one thing that could be improved is the ability to manage pipelines in bulk. Currently, this requires creating a custom interface using the API, which may be difficult for some users. However, this is a relatively minor issue, and the benefits of using Hevo far outweigh this limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo Data is an exceptional data integration platform that solves a range of common problems in data management. In our case, Hevo was the ideal solution for two key challenges: unreliable AWS Glue and the need to extract data from various SQL servers.
Hevo's reliability and stability provided a dependable platform to transfer our data from SQL databases into Snowflake, without any concerns of potential glitches or disruptions. This allowed us to focus on your data analysis and not worry about any issues with data movement.
Additionally, Hevo's integrations with various SQL servers made it effortless for us to extract and transfer data from multiple sources with ease. This convenience was critical in streamlining our data processes, saving a significant amount of time and effort.

Quick and Easy UI ETL to Get Your Data into Warehouse
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy interface to get up and running very quickly. It has the conncetions I was looking for right out of the box. I compared it to some other competitors and felt this was the easiest to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some large tables in a database and am unsure how to limit Hevo to only import select data. I generally have data consumption issues in my Hevo account as I do not understand how to use Hevo so I do not go over on my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all of my data from Postgres, MariaDB, Zendesk and Mailchimp into my Snowflake data warehouse. From there I am able to analyze and report on this data for executable decisions.

Some features are not so understandable how tp use but can be solved with a technical session

What do you like best about the product?
Practicality and support. Every time I need it, the support staff has always been very good.

Hevo pricing to be event-based and limiting sources.

Hevo is solving my marketing source extraction problems and this is benefiting me as I don't need Data engineering support. ANalytics Enginerring is able to do the ELT ingestion step.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can create pipelines and add transformations to the events. Also, the way I can skip objects is cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance is really bad. The way you can't pre-select the object while creating the pipeline is causing many issues for us. The lack of logs to see transactions affects pipeline monitoring. Also, with the connector we use, Facebook Ads, there is no way to customize the queries and what we pull from FB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To replicate FB Ads objects into our database.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity when you need to create complex pipelines.
We were able to route all of our production events to a data warehouse in Google BigQuery in a day.

What do you dislike about the product?
All of those features come at a cost, and we'd love to have a more linear pricing plan.
Some months we have low activity, we just barely go over the allowance of the starter plan, yet we have to pay for the next full tier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo Data is helping us funnel/extract all our events from our different data sources (Mongo and SQL), normalize the data and save it into Google Big Query.
From there we can run all of our reporting seamlessly.

Best bang for buck for Cloud data movements
What do you like best about the product?
No administration required, works when needed, good connectors and great pricing
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot guarantee when the sync is completed. Nor can it be triggered on-demand or synchronously. We use DBAMP on the side to work around this issue and wish you could fix the tooling to take care of this. Have to click "Run Now" many times to sync data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used similar products it he past and they were similar. Reverse ETL is a good one we like (provided we could guarantee the execution completion).

The GUI is not clear about the configuration and each flow.

Seamless and Awesome customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Hevo Data's interface is very straightforward.It does not have a lot of jargon. Being a novice at pipelines, it built my pipelines superfast and then delivered them to the source at the same speed. Then thier customer support is very good they reach out quickly and resolve the issue at the earliest. This has helped me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. It is an evolving tool. They keep adding new functionalities to it. I would like if they added more support for multiple destinations. It would make my life way more accessible, and it would be nice to edit the fields on the destination if required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo data is a fantastic ETL tool that supports all the sources you could think of. Their support is very commendable. I have loved interacting with web application. It is effortless to build pipelines and also do transformations on the data in an easy way.
