Great product for reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Helpful for displaying data for customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated interal structure - hard to find the right settings easliy

Very inituitive program with a couple drawbacks & great support team to help in those cases
What do you like best about the product?
It's very initiutive once you get over the first overwhelming m=impressions of all the different menus. After like 5 minutes though, the whole thing because very easy to get the hang of!
What do you dislike about the product?
We use cloud hosted data modules and our biggest and only issue has been the speed of the query service host. Our most complicated reports with 100+ queires tend to time out and we have to reset our whole enviornment every few weeks to reset the cache. Thankfully the support team has been very responisve everytime we have any repeated issues & we love how dedicated our sales reps are!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are transitioning our reports to all run on cognos, so it will be amazing to have our our executive's reports in one centralized places once we finish!
Cognos Analytics is long time behind the rest of the market. But the distance is shrinking.
What do you like best about the product?
Cognos Analytics has good functionalitys like Dashboard and Storys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Administration ist changes to slowly from the Cognos 10 Layout to the neu Cognos Analytics Lazout.

It helps us to make easy Reports for the controlling and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Cognos Analytics is one of the ease software to setup and ease to use. It's UI experience is one of the best in the market. Helps me making good and useful reports based on my data.

I have nothing to dislike IBM Cognos Analytics, so far it meets my requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Cognos Analytics helps me in making reports from all type of data and due to this it benefit me to analyze the data. It also helps me in generating reports to overcome the future problems, and it also save my lot of time.
