What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to access all the information from databases, files,... and get analytcis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have better options for visualizations... modern ones.

We are getting dashboards in front of business users.

There is some limited functionality. There's no easy way to make it do what you can do in reports.

Its not consistent with on prem version. We use Power cubes at out organization but its avialable only oprem version but not in Cloud until April

What do you like best about the product?
Cognos Analytics has a great way of facilitating BI for the power users, as well as creating federated data sources for citizen data scientists. With no tools, or training, users can get started right away.
The dashboarding feature is incredibly powerful and allows us to create and deploy trusted dashboards throughout the organisation quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Creating complex data structures requires a significant understanding of data modelling concepts - compared to some other tool sets. With that said, the new features listed on the roadmap are working towards resolving some of this by using AI to predict models.

We have integrated CA into our ERP stack

What do you like best about the product?
Cognos Analytics in Version 11 completetly changed against the old version 10. There are great enhancements in the user interface and the possibilities to build reports, dashboards, ...
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no good possibilities to migrate from an older version 10 data model package to a current Cognos Analytics data module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Cognos Analytics to build reports against monitoring data. With this data the users are able to analyse which technologies produce most issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Its the best among the avilable and we are using this for some time and out ITS team is happy with the product and support. we have also recommended to the other educational pratners in Qatar and their feedback is great and we are growing by day.

well to be honest there is nothing much we could say on this as we are happy at the moment and so far it is going very well and even our partners in the group are happy and we welcome any thing further upgrade come on the way.
