Zilla is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zilla provides several things that we really need and don't otherwise have:
1. A view into what users are in what tools/systems without having to have everyone be an admin in those systems directly
2. A view into what permissions each user has and a way to audit those
3. A great view for offboarding employees when they leave -- it helps IT track down accounts they may not otherwise know about.
4. Zilla Universal Sync is easy to use and intuitive for discovering and auditing users in apps that aren't supported natively in Zilla.
It has improved our overall security posture. Many of our users and admins are very excited about its capabilities.

What do you dislike about the product?
Using Zilla requires some order:
1. Zilla can't track what it doesn't know about. In our (small) organization, departments often have their own separate accounts/relationships that aren't centralized. Finding and putting all of these in Zilla takes significant time, due to our own unorganized nature
2. If you aren't regularly running audits, Zilla won't fix your security problems for you. This, again, is more of an organization issue than a Zilla issue. It does mean more work on our end, but it's work we should already be doing and Zilla makes it much easier!

Zilla is overall solving two big problems for us:
1. Who has what accounts and where
2. What permissions do they have, and can we reduce/change those
It benefits us greatly when we remove outdated accounts that are no longer needed, and removing unneeded permissions greatly helps us reduce our risk profile.

Zilla Security Access Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The level of attention during the POC has been far surpassed during the implementation phase. The support and flexibility has been a great experience
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few functions unique to our access that the system was not designed for. They are working with us to get them added so, the things I don't like will disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large number of access reviews.
The way Access Reviews should be!
What do you like best about the product?
Simply put is about Access Review done right. Zilla is excellent with Access Review, they are not pretending to be other things but just Access reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still maturing and growing. Would love to see more dashboard capabilities or api into a BI tool would be a nice feature

Automation of Access Reviews and the ease of integration
Access reviews made easy or at least easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zilla is that it didn't take a lot of technical experience to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zilla isn't a magic wand that will just clean up your data, it took some time to get our data into the right format, but once it was, it was easy to manage the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made provisioning and cleanup of accounts much easier and automated access reviews.
Streamlined Access Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
If you are a heavy cloud-using org, the API integrations are a true time saver and significantly streamline the audit process. The Support and Product teams are easy to work with and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex identity environments can be challenging. Multi-tenant, multi-domain and high rate of identity change has created several instances of manual account cleanup instead of automatically matching users to identities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zilla to help automate the quarterly access reviews. We can download and provide documented and detailed evidence to our auditors in just a few seconds. Using Zilla has made our reviews more accurate in less time, allowing us to cover many different systems without additional staff.
Intuitive and beautiful.
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent UI and is very easy to use compared to its competitors. User access reviews are now a breeze. The Zilla team is easy to work with and feature requests are taken very seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
More application integrations would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed at which user access review campaigns can be created allows us to complete them more frequently.
Excellent Tool for Streamlining User Access Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
Zilla has made the process of performing user access reviews automatic and easy for both technical and non technical reviewers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional proactive notifications or remediations based on elevated access changes would be nice rather than waiting on reactive reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In previous roles, performing required user access reviews for regulatory purposes and general security best practices was a slog. Zilla makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Zillas has provided a clean user interface and a platform that our users have found easy to work with. They respond quickly to our tickets and requests, and their customer support is a pleasure to work with. They release features and enhancements regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zilla is still a young company, and the product is in the middle stage. There are bugs, which are rarely blockers in our operation but which do effect us. Zilla's customer support is very responsive and helpful in getting these resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we bought Zilla, we did not have a centralized, auditable system for user access reviews. We are now benefitting from the ability to construct quarterly access reviews campaigns for our most sensitive systems and involve all the stakeholders without a lot of manual work.
Great upgrade to prior solution
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is very intuitive for users to understand and utilize. The most common term we hear from our users is that it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a way to customize existing reports or create custom reports.

Simple, easy, effective solution to our compliance needs
What do you like best about the product?
The team is helpful and responsive. Our implementation was smooth and orderly (ask for Mike!). The product is inuitive and easy to use, which is very important for our large user base across IT, compliance, and business teams
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, but an area for improvement would be to better connect us to other customers/users of Zilla. We might be able to apply lessons learned. Also, very minor thing, dark mode would be a great setting option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are subject to a range of compliance frameworks. Many of these frameworks have overlapping controls for access certification. Zilla Security has allowed us to automate our manual process for access certification. Our access certification process involves a wide range of business roles in the organization, so it is important that users of varying technical ability can use the tool without any complication. The auditor evidence capabilities reduce a lot of back and forth in the process as well
