Arkose is a great partner
What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Arkose is their responsive account support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes or constructive feedback at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are supporting efforts to keep bad actors out of our environment.
Great team, great product
What do you like best about the product?
Arkose team has been extremely prompt and engaged right from the start. They are very receptive to feedback, addressing issues, and correcting false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any. Their product didn't work in China and it took them some time to get their infrastructure in place to get that working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Arkose Labs as a challenge mechanism to identify human vs bot. Their challenges are extremely easy for humans to solve which has allowed us to improve recall on our bot detection models.

Conceptually simple, yet it solves complex issues for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their dashboard could use some love, which I hear is coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fighting fraud from bots and humans alike.
Effective bot rejection for customer account login, without harassing customers
What do you like best about the product?
Effective at mitigating bots, easy integration, platform-as-a-service so I don't have to tune.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing - they are effective without bothering real customers

Credential stuffing & automated attacks on web sites.
Good product, growing company
What do you like best about the product?
Arkose does it's job (combat bots), and the team is awesome to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools (dashboard, etc) and documentations are still plenty of room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combating bots, to mitigate ATO and fraud risks
An amazing product with a wonderful support team
What do you like best about the product?
The product met all of our needs, including accessibility requirements and privacy concerns. I would rate their account managers and analysts the best, though. The 24/7 support and quick response times were my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model was hard to scale to our needs, though we resolved this over a few working sessions and new solutions offered by Arkose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraudulent Account Signups in our new user flows, Stolen credit card validation on our payment flows, and credential stuffing in our login flows.
