Team at Arkose knows their stuff
What do you like best about the product?
I have been impressed by their level of support for our organization. The Arkose team has been responsive, professional and always willing to assist. Additionally, their analysts are available to dig into the collected data and make recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. My team has been happy with the product and level of service we have received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying Arkose Labs on our account recovery flow has dramatically reduced the number of manual tickets we have had to address from a customer success standpoint. From the data, we can see the bots and credential stuffing attacks that Arkose has thwarted and it feels good to know that we've forced bad actors to waste time and effort attempting to bypass the Arkose security. This is a big win for the team.
A Great Product with Fantastic Support
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking to both improve the player experience when dealing with CAPTCHAs and also to prevent as much fraud as possible on our various online services. Arkose Labs Enforce was super easy to integrate into our websites and existing flows. We immediately witnessed a decrease in fraudulent behavior while improving the user experience. When new bad actors start abusing our services, Arkose Labs support quickly investigates and creates new strategies to deal with the abuse. Arkose Labs is also constantly improving their product, adding new challenges, monitoring our traffic, and suggesting additional integration strategies so that we both can benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we had some latency issues with our mainland China users. However, Arkose Labs now provides their service from a China datacenter to address these latency issues. We are always looking for ways to improve the performance of our websites, and Arkose Labs was quick to respond to our requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Arkose Labs to limit credential stuffing attacks, mass account registrations, and fraudulent account recoveries. We have realized a significant decrease in all these areas, which we realize in the games as fewer accounts that spam messages or cheat.

What do you like best about the product?
Arkose Labs provided an easy mechanism to integrate with their solution and were very helpful with our rollout. They were able to make quick changes to their infrastructure when we requested it to speed up our implementation and provide us real-time logging to help deliver better device and attacker intelligence. We have been able to use Arkose Labs to prevent credential testing as well as spam account creations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a bit of latency when it comes to doing synchronous events, which needs to be improved. It is also a pricy solution, and it is hard to quickly establish the ROI for this unless the right humans are involved in the process, which might make it hard for companies that are smaller to procure this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Arkos is a very robost captcha that is virtually impossible for a bot to beat. That on top of data retuned makes this product ideal to protect your web assets.

Took is a while to get through security governance. Arkos was able to work with our GIS to complete our standards

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of their account management, product and SOC teams with the solution capabilities is a highly effective solution to mix into your risk controls. Their focus on customer engagement and satisfaction is high-bar setting among vendors we use. Truly a customer-focused team in both accessibility and genuine action to make sure their solution is highly utilized and effective.
For the vendor options in their space, I consider Arkose the top choice for the reasons above and their commitment to evolving their product and customer service to the always fast-moving risk control space.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the rules configured, some require more frequent data provider updates to remain 100% effective. Also, the dashboard is capable, but it could provide more self-service analysis features. Both items they already plan to address in their near-term roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily outer-fence, Geo-IP-based session screening of user origins. We have been able to effectively block and significantly deter user traffic from questionable origins based on our particular set of custom rules combined with the Arkose global rule set. Looking forward to deepening our integration with Arkose to fully utilize all the capabilities of their platform.
Great solution for ATO prevention

Users are challenged based on a machine learning model and which optimizes did fraud prevention and reduces friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires front end integration. In some cases the apis are called directly and Arkose requires front end integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bot reduction and Fraud prevention.

We tried and testing multiple solutions and Arksoe is the best in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The puzzles presented in the event of suspicion are more humanly easier to read. Arkose provides a comprehensive console to monitor activity on integrated sites. The monitors are highly visual, with quick views of issues as they are detected. Support is great and highly responsive/knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to read the results of the monitors if more detailed view is required. Usually, this involves reaching out to Arkose support for assistance (which isn't difficult).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced the current Bot protections for login with Arkose Labs. The benefits are decreased customer complaints, more clear challenges in the event of suspicion, and greater event manageability through the console.

Latency for the solution has occasionally been an issue, though there have been significant improvements recently.
