Excellent platoform and team at Sprinto,
What do you like best about the product?
Integrated platform from variour complaince and easy to use. Covers most aspect in depth and in simple terms. Also special mention of Guru, whom I worked with, was of great help and available to support as many times as requested.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI platform could be improved as seems to be still evolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be compliant for ISO and SOC2
Great continuous compliance platform
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool. most of the integrations are supported. makes the life of admin so easy, as there is a easy way of showing pending tasks and there are constant reminders about these pending tasks. As and when the new repositories/new users are added it immedietly reflects in the system with all the pending actions. this way we dont need to keep the actions close to audit. we can keep our code/infra/tools compliant through out the audit period. Harish Customer success manager is of great help so far. he helped us onboard so fast and very quickly we were able to achieve close to 100% - interms of implementing our security controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. we faced few issues with data not getting syced from intune/sonarqube etc. but we were given quick workarounds and the tech support is very helpful.

The security dashboard is a great tool that helps us to see all checks in one place. It helped us to speed up the security audit. Our assigned CSM Srikumar Sundaram has been super helpful.

Sprinto - A Game Changer for Certification Audits
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of Sprinto is its ability to seamlessly integrate with various compliance frameworks and standards along with the ability to continuous scanning of entire infrastructure.
Another one was the continuous support from Sprinto Team. Simran from their team was always available for nitty gritty issues and a helping hand for us.

Despite some minor glitches, Sprinto remains a highly valuable tool for security compliances and certification audits. Not much dislikes.

Sprinto has proven to be a game-changer for organizations like us who wants quick and easy process for compliances.
Its adaptability, automation capabilities, real time reporting, audit support and user friendly interface makes it a foremost solution in the market.

Best tool for compliance out there
What do you like best about the product?
I have personally used many other tools for compliance but most of the time I had to use more than one to make sure that all the relevant checks & practices were being followed but Sprinto is a one-stop shop with all the needed checks & policies.
It is definitely a must-use tool.

Trying to find out if there are any issues with the tool, so far I would say without any doubt that Sprinto is the best compliance tool out right now. Definitely a great product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to automate all our compliance checks without much of an issue or manual efforts. Installation is supereasy, users are able to generate reports themselves with a little to none assitance.

We thought them to be on par in terms of functionality, with better support and pricing.
After using the platform we were very impressed by its quality, usability, reliability and of course the extensive functionality.
Equal to that is their amazing and professional support that made the task of a startup becoming compliant much less daunting.
Would also add the access to pen testing and auditing partners which saved us alot of time and money.
I would thoroughly recommend Sprinto to other companies and though price was a factor in our choice, they would take my vote retrospectively even if it was the same.

Very little to say here.
Would say that if anything we had small delays due to internal tasks than waiting on Sprinto; getting devices up to date and policies reviewed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to become compliant and monitor our compliance. We have achieved the first step of that and are now targeting the next audit. We are much more secure as an organisation that we were before the relationship began.
Sprinto has greatly accelerated our previously slow and manual process for security certifications.
What do you like best about the product?
Breaking down the seemingly endless certification requirements into simpler, more clearly defined tasks, and then having instant feedback from the software of our team's progress along the way has not only accelerated the process and made it more efficient, but it has removed much of the pain and uncertainty of the process when doing this for the first time. The knowledgeable Sprinto staff have guided us expertly through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here -- it has all been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Undergoing SOC2 and other certifications in the future in a more timely manner so that we can more effectively sell our SaaS product. We expect to be able to sell the product more efficiently after the certification is finished. Also, it will help us keep up with the requirements of maintaining the certification by sending timely notificaitons.
Sprinto makes SOC2 a breeze.

Very simple/elegant/modern interface yet powerful and functional and complete. The team was very knowledgable and and helpful.

I cannot think of any. My experine was very good and it was smooth all along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product being in healthcare industry deals with lots of protected patient data. Getting HIPAA and SOC2 complinace was mandatory for us to do busines. We being start up with limited resources, Sprinto helped us get on the patch of these complinace very easy and affordable.
