Great product and mazing support from the Sprinto team!
What do you like best about the product?
Preparing for any sort of security compliance used to be an extremely cumbersome and uphill task – that is before Sprinto.
One of the things that Sprinto did best was to identify this exact problem and make it extremely simple and intuitive for everyone. You no longer need to be an expert to complete your compliances.
This, added with an amazing support and customer relation team, the whole process of preparing and getting the certification was very smooth for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, there are a few things that can be made better in the product to improve the UX.
Sometimes there are temporary data consistency issues, which gets fixed automatically.

Our business needs to be complaint to security standards like ISO27001, SOC2 etc. Sprinto helps us track these compliance in an ongoing basis and helps us prepare for audits and certifications.

sometimes it may take a while to update the status but that is expected for system-level configs

One platform for all my needs and audits, I like the cloud security provided by sprinto. I like the smart integrations and automation. It saves so much of our time.

Few bugs like:
The app doesn't report the system. You need to do it manually.

The app reports device status and monitors risks and threats. No need for IT administrator to do the manual check which can be time consuming.

Using this software is straightforward. Its comprehensive documentation covers all aspects of inquiry. The notifications provided are helpful, without being intrusive making it effortless to keep track of security processes and streamline them with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there could be clarity on the areas that are not completed making it easier to navigate through and finish tasks. The notifications through the app are sometimes prone to neglection, a simple mail explaining the procedure would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know for a fact that my official device is definitely safe, and that I need'nt worry about the safety and can focus better. The job is simple and easy to complete and takes very minimal time, whilst protecting at such low efforts and time consumption from my side.

Sprinto has a notification system, which I found to be one of its less appealing features. We currently rely on IT administrators to tell us of notifications, which makes them simple to miss.

Sprinto makes it easier for us to comply with regulatory standards because it not only makes laptop health monitoring and reporting simpler, but it also guarantees increased security. With Sprinto in place, we can rest easy knowing that our computers are secure and well-maintained, reducing downtime and any hazards.
