What do you dislike about the product?
Not much not to like. There could be some improvment in documentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is making the whole process of acquiring SOC2 compliance a simple automated method. It saves hours and days of work of building security controls, gathering evidance and collecting data to a task that is simple, automated and repeatble. Without Sprinto I would have spent lots of time and effrot to get to SOC 2 complaince - Sprinto saved us time and monet.
It also makes the SOC2 compliance a clear and understood process - instead of having to read, analyze. process many security requirments, Sprinto make it an easy and clear process that can be followed, monitored and achieved without having to be SOC2 security experts.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a normal user's perspective. I like that Sprinto provides the latest security information. The way this information is displayed, i.e., via presentations, is also quite easy to understand. The engaging security training with simple MCQs to answer is quite intriguing, which keeps people informed about current data protection acts in a fun way. (The hints are great too, btw!)
Another thing that I like is that Sprinto gives a simple step-by-step guide on how people can report their current working devices and make them more secure. Lastly, their dashboard is easy to navigate and shows all necessary information on one page. Overall, a 9/10 for a security platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one thing I dislike, which is the presentation resolutions. They don't quite fit the screen well. I have to spend some time to get an entire slide on one page by zooming out. It would also be helpful if we could navigate the presentation slides with our keyboard arrows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto informs me of international data protection acts, the current ways hackers are gaining unauthorized access and the best ways to prevent being hacked.

This is best tool to get your system secured from any data leaks. Easy to implement. Also great customer support they have.

Nothing as of now.It is working nicely and giving you best features.

It is useful Application to track and audit system info and found great features and good support as well.

I only notice that in application need to capture and know system info more. so that customer will ease to run this sprinto app.

Audit and Track all employee system info which is helpful for develop security for our clients.

Sprinto effectively collates all action items at one place and makes it easy for compliance managers to monitor action items. Our account manager Shivang effectively helped set this up and made it easier to use.

Sprinto should send emails to users whenever a policy acknowledgement or similar item is raised, rather than only daily emails

It Should be available on Mac/IOS appstore, instead of downloading dbg file.
