The platform eases your SOC2 journey as it clearly shows what you need to do and your further actions.
Sprinto employees are very committed and always ready to help. Many thanks to Akshay Bhalotia and Varun Merhotra; guys are very committed and engaged in all processes.
They assisted all the Type 1 certification process and we could get prepared for the audit and pass it in less than a week!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say about, the system works well and I don't have any concerns about successful Type 2 procedure.

Documentation says how to fix it but would be interesting to know more background information and examples, as well as links to relevant resources.

THe predominant problem sprinto solves for us is allowing us to monitor compliance adherence without requiring lots of manual checks and processes. This makes compliance accessible for startups.
