What do you like best about the product?
Very minimal, yet powerful. Sprinto runs in the background without interrupting any ongoing processes.

Not many downsides, at times Sprinto takes a while to fetch changes from the computer.

What do you like best about the product?

Its a just tiny bit different to install Linux.

Efficiently sorting and keeping track of tasks, collaborating instantly as a team, monitoring how much time tasks take, creating reports to analyze performance, and being simple for team members to start using.

Very organized way to approach and complete ISO!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the interface. Made everything very easy to track and find and even had directions on how to complete things. Also my advisor Gautam Krishnan was always very responsive when i had questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing substantive to dislike. Great experience.

We need several security reviews and certificates as we move into international markets and this was a one stop shop to work on them all.
Clear path to ISO27001 certification and quick result
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform provided us with a clear overview of all the to-do's towards ISO27001 certification. You are up and running in minutes and clearly see your progress. All tasks are described clearly and tips are provided to get there faster. It integrates with other tools to automatically retrieve relevant information. Great templates were provided to write policies. A free Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool was provided.
We were helped tremendously by Gautam, who was always available, patient when needed and super supportive.
The costs are relatively high for a small company, however the startup program offers a discount and any other provider will be more expensive.

Minimal bugs in platform (not limiting, with workarounds).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Set up our Information security management system (ISMS). Define procedures and policies, implement controls. Achieve ISO27001 certification. We gain more trust by users and our platform is more secure.

Sprinto's user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through the certification process was straightforward, with clear instructions at each step. The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the progress, making it easy to track milestones. Sprinto's customer support is exceptional. It's easy to use and has lots of integrations.

Not much customization for alert preferences

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation is the best part in sprinto. Everything can be done in few steps and it has automated everything in a compliance journey and seamlessly integrated all the tools that we need and also the one that we might need.

I have had a fantastic experience with Sprinto in enhancing our cybersecurity defenses. Their software is a breeze to use and doesn't gobble up the laptop memory, ensuring smooth operations. What do you dislike about the product?
There's is a minor issue with the screen lock feature; at times, it misses recognising the active status. Despite this hiccup, my overall satisfaction is high.

It helped with security compliance and improved the overall digital security.
Compliance made seriously easy
What do you like best about the product?
It automates a lot of the stuff that would otherwise require you to gather evidence manually. Next to that it acts as a very powerful workflow tool creating tasks for you that you need to complete to make sure you become and stay compliant. Finally the staff is super helpful and knowledgable and helps you sort out what is needed in specific situations. This combined really makes the implementation a breeze.

I haven't found anything that I dislike.
