It helps you to get compliant easily. It is good for internal organization security. We got onboarded quite quickly.

Sometimes Sprinto can take time to launch.

It helped us with our ISO and VAPT certification.
A great SOC II Compliance tool in market
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprinto for automating our compliance requirements for getting SOC II certification, a must for our industry and this is our third year with Sprinto. Sprinto helps us to automate this process significantly by providing tools (Dr Sprinto) that provide real time monitory of information security, training modules for employees, integration with Google Workspace, AWS and background verification partner etc. With changing technology, we face some hiccups in compliance. However monthly syncup with the customer success manager and email supports are helpful to keep the compliance up to date. Audit Report was issued on time and we were provided link to trust centre which gives our customers to vouch for the veracity of the audit report by themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the reports generated from Sprinto, though manual pending tasks and critical tasks can be seen in the dashboard, it would have great if we get a person wise summary of all pending items. Presently we need to go issue by issue. However once the tasks are made up-to-date this is not a great cause of concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC II Compliance: Critical for our business and Sprinto helps us to manage the compliance with ease.

Very easy to complete and maintain SOC2 certification
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes it very easy and fast as an employee to complete SOC2 training and get certified.After that, the program simply runs in the background. I haven't noticed any interruptions, nor have I had any issues maintaining my certification. The UX is also very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an end-user, I haven't come across any negatives.

Sprinto helped our company get SOC2 certified, which is a requirement to sell to larger companies; usually above 100 employees.
