Streamlining SOC II Compliance with Ease and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Top-notch Support: From the very first query, Sprinto's team impressed me with their knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine desire to help. Quick replies meant questions never lingered, and their proactiveness kept me on track. They weren't just answering questions; they were invested in my success.
Meetings on My Time: Scheduling meetings with my account manager was a breeze. Their flexible platform made finding a time slot convenient, and the meetings themselves were productive and focused.
UI for Humans: Sprinto's UI is clear, intuitive, and designed for human use. Navigating controls was effortless, and finding the information I needed was never a struggle. I was onboarded to take over someone else's responsibility and did not struggle with navigating the platform at all.
Feature Feedback Welcome: Sprinto actively listens to user feedback. Suggestions were well received and I was even offered to join a Beta programme to access upcoming features. That feeling of being valued as a customer was refreshing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto is certainly in its early stages, but its rapid development fueled by user feedback is promising.
Team task assignment isn't available yet, but their receptiveness to suggestions points towards an upcoming collaborative future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than maintaining a checklist by myself, Sprinto simplifies evidence collection process by identifying gaps across my systems and offers remediation options. Additionally, templates provided by the system saved me a lot of time while creating policy documents.
ISO 27001 certified within 30 days
What do you like best about the product?
We've seen ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification as a large hassle and something we didn't want to implement in our organization due to cost and time concerns. With Sprinto, we were quite warry about the promises about getting certified quickly and cost efficient, but it all became true. I had a blast implementing all checks and controls, and seeing the "ready for audit" grow quickly motivated us to go even faster. Gautam Krishnan was available every step of the way and answered quickly to ensure there weren't any pending questions during the process. We wanted to go for an almost impossible "sign up and get the ISO certificate" within 30 days, and it was fully possible!

What do you dislike about the product?
As a small organization, some checks were only relevant for larger organizations. Some checks needed to be disabled on the backend, or some files needed to be uploaded via a manual way as well, but Gautam Krishnan really helped out there to ensure we got it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is completely comprehensive for our compliance needs. All the policy requirements, lots of clear guidance, and even basic MDM with Dr. Sprinto for our devices. We've completed ISO 27001 thanks to the Sprinto people and platform in far less time than expected (and I was a complete noob in this area). I really want to highlight the support from the Sprinto team throughout the process, especially Abir Dey. Unlike so many other companies, Sprinto engages tightly with their customers from point of sale all the way through to completion. Abir knew the answer to just about any question that I threw at him, and he really orchestrated everything with us, helping with selecting pen-testers, auditors, and reviews. We're thrilled with the entire experience. We also really appreciated the startup pricing -- we're a tiny, self-funded firm and Sprinto recognized the value of starting with us early in our growth cycle, focusing on long-term relationship and not just maximizing a single deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may just be a part of the auditing process, but sometimes it's a little hard to tell how to resolve recurring issues -- do I close and address them later? Or keep them open and special-case them? It wasn't always clear -- but Abir always knew what to do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a tiny, self-funded SaaS startup and they gave us the pricing and tools and support that got us through ISO 27001 certification in rapid fashion with amazing help from their staff.

Sprinto helps centralize control monitoring, evidence collection, and continuous compliance across multiple frameworks.

Occasional bugs, interface quirks, follow up to fix things form the 'backend'

Automation of control checks & continuous monitoring, Pre-built frameworks, control libraries & mappings. Ability to Assign tasks, set deadlines, escalation rules, manage exceptions, tie tasks to specific controls, etc.
Amazing security to market campaign and daily scrutiny
What do you like best about the product?
The scrutiny and helping to make the business grow well and simple implementation and good customer support. Frequent usage is nice no load on ram as good integration

frequent messages pop up on gmail which annoys to an extent

Security and scrutiny. Also helps in monitoring and tailoring firewall breaches.

Minor technical hiccups in the beginning stage of onboarding. But the team quickly addressed and has been a smooth ride since.

Compliance automation is very helpful and saves us time and money.

The dashboard is the core of all the work: you can quickly check what you need to review, update, etc.
Separating the app by sections is also helpful, making the use of it relatively easy.
Customer support is excellent in providing you with prompt solutions and collecting your ideas in a very constructive way.
