SOC2 auditing process and approval
What do you like best about the product?
Very well automated process, simple integration and very attentive customer care

Understading the full high level process, should should we expect, whats ahead rather than getting into our "tasks list" only when needed/relevant.

What do you like best about the product?
They have templates for many things (policies, procedures, and more) ready to go, and easy to cusotmize, with best practices built-in.
They also provide high-touch support that helps move you along the compliance journey.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were a couple small technical bugs that came up, but they were resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us implement and maintain our Information Security Management System according to the main global standards - ISO27001 and SOC2. This helps us keep our own data and our customer data secure, and helps us meet the requirements of new enterprise customers.

Best Compliance Platform with unified experience across the organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, Workflow, Integration with AWS,0365, Github, easy-to-onboard new compliance, Customer Support

WE have been using Sprinto for the last year plus and so far there have been no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated integration with Github,AWS, and 0365 helps with manual work to verify the access changes and also works as a flagging/alerting systems to the changes made on the subsystems
Simple way to make your certification done
What do you like best about the product?
Complete solutino to make your company certified. It easily integrates to your existing infrastructer and silently gathering all required evidence which allow you to pass SOC 2 certification. Initial setup will take few days with guidance of support person from their side. It really alow you to find issues in your infrastructure and provide guidance how to solve it. After initial stage it will takes only 1 hour per week to maintain it and solve all new issues which this system is finding automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime minor issues happen but it does not influence on functionality at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto allow you to prepare comany to certifications and gather all required evidences with hige amount of automation.
Sprinto is a good app to maintain company's SOC.
What do you like best about the product?
It can detect the integration and implementation easily, even if not detecting you can manually upload the evidence and not to forget the customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far all good and I feel satisfied using Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in staff device security, codebase vulnarability, access of the users and manages the entire infrastructure easily.

What do you like best about the product?
A smooth and organized approach to implementing security practices in an organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not notice any. In some places, the product had bugs or was not intuitive to understand and needed help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking our organization's security practices to be at ISO 27001 standard. Sprinto helped us to achieve that smoothly in an organized manner. We are not more confident in our data security approach and our client trust us even more.
Good Compliance Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success manager Nandhini Ilangovan has been very helpful and very responsive, she has been taken very good care of us during the implenmentation of this project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform throws bugs very often, slow loading times.

- Sprinto application is easy to use and understand. It brings all the key information in a single place in terms of compliance to framework and their current state.

- Few minor issues are found in the dashboard once in a while but mostly solved immediately on reporting.
- Missing integrations with Opensource applications like Keycloak, etc which we use currently. These integrations can greatly reduce the manual upload of evidences.
- Provision for adding customized roles is missing but not a show stopper.
