Sprinto helped us to get SOC 2 Type 1 compliance in a very systematic manner
What do you like best about the product?
Automation and talking to external systems like BitBucket, Azure portal etc. effectively to gather the evidence, making the journey of compliance very user friendly. Customer support by "Mitesh Soni" was excellent during this journey. Portal is very user friendly and easy to use and time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention specific. It is almost prefect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased Security related awareness and guided practical approach to implement

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto gave us unified platform to track all our infrastructure. It is very easy for implementation. We liked each and every features, specially AWS and Google Workspace monitoring and integration we liked most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall our team liked integration. Our suggession to allow bulk evidance in case of same descripancy for multiple issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solved our one-roof requirement for SOC2 compilance. Our integrator Mr. Varun helped a lot to get us compiled!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's modules make tracking the compliance metrics a breeze that helped us sail through our compliance jouorney easily and quick.
The customer support team is also great and they help you along with everything to make getting compliant easy and quick.
Sprinto's Integrations with all the different vendors is just a few clicks away.
The Sprinto CSM (Ajay Shankar) was with us throught the whole process of compliance guiding us really well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Sprinto app sometimes takes a lot of time updating statuses of different modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to be Soc 2 compliant and sprinto made sure that we got compliant in the shortest possible time.
Being SOC 2 Compliant in the easiest way
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto provides a seemless integration with AWS.
All the controls that are mapped to SOC2 are easily available on the dashboard and it is quite easy for us to make sure we make progress.
Once we are onboarded on sprinto we had a complete smooth experience going through the SOC2 audit.
Great support was provided by CSM assigned to us Ajay Shankar.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto is currently good job, nothing that I think for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We experienced a very smooth way of us being compliant. We were told how our compliance road map would look like and we finally achived us being compliant.

easy to use, easy to spot on issues, device compatibility, ease of implementation and integration, the list of features
What do you dislike about the product?
in some cases I need to request details to understand why it is failing, however, by getting JSON with details, I can see the reason

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to disagree with at this point.

Sprinto is making sure, we are never missing our audits and tracking different controls and actionable items in the Sprinto is seamless
One of the best Compliance/CSPM tools out there
What do you like best about the product?
It is very comprehensive in terms of its functionality and integrations with major systems used in today's IT landscape like AWS/Azure/GCP, Microsoft Intune etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI/documentation is not clear on why an error is appearing on the dashboard or how to resolve an error so that it does not appear again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sprinto to be compliant with ISO 27001:2022 standard. It makes it much easier due to the checks and the dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
The on-borading was managed very well and support was instant. Sprinto team was pro-active throughout.

i did not not notice anything negative to highlight.

Sprinto helped us to walk us through essentials of SOC 2 and help us prepare well for audit. This certification will help us in ensuring our customer on our product and services.
Seamless SOC2 Compliance with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of automated checks the provided amazes me. Also the support from the team is great. We were able to implement the whole solution within weeks irrespective of the fact that we don't have any prior experience with compliance. Our CSM Ajay was very helpful on implementing the solution in a faster timeline
What do you dislike about the product?
Currrently I do not have anything that I dislike about sprinto
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of SOC compliance is tedious and manual. This involves lot of manual effort in documentation and evidence collection. With Sprinto we are able to automate all of this things.

Akshay Bhalotia. Akshay was extermely helpful in guiding us getting all the controls in place and get ready for the audit as soon as we could.

The UI can sometimes be a little dauting
