What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very useful and also the notifications and of course their customer support guided us every step of the way
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a handful to handle but I think compliance is something which should be taken very seriously so I can understand the complexity around this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us with iso270001 compliance and soc-2 compliances and also in the future with GDPR and HIPAA compliances
It's really neat to have a dashboard of things to do as you can track and ensure timely completion

Fantastic tool for SOC2 Audit
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto portal is so user friendly and smoothens the whole process of SOC2 Audit. Its inbuilt templates and organized tasks helped us achive the SOC2 Compliance very quick. Support from Leela was simply superb. Looking forward to work again with them for ISO as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall experience with Sprinto was fantastic, if I had to say one thing which needs improvement will be Dr. Sprinto where we faced found frequent changes in the status from success to failed.

Sprinto helped us with SOC 2 compliance and external audit in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Portal is easy to use. The SPOC was quite approachable and ready to unblock as per the situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Audit in general is laborious , so this cant be pinned on them

They came on board to help us achieve our SOC Audit certificate. Its beneficial for us as its insync with our vision of staying compliant with the necessary laws and regulations wrt data privacy and security aspects.

Sprinto is a user-friendly GRC platform. Very impressed with the Sprinto team from sales to implementation. The team is very knowledgeable, and Gautam has been key to our implementation and ongoing support.
The tool has different areas that will help us manage all the different audits our company is subject to. In addition, the automation will help us increase efficiency by being able to map same type of evidence to the different controls in scope.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Sprint has been a seamless approach to the integration of their project. During implementation of the product there was limited technical knowledge required as their customer support walked my coworkers and I through the process of integrating the various vendors into the product. Due to this feature it made the use of product easy. Due to the regulatory nature of our business we will be using Spinto frequently in the future to maintain our audit requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we had run into minor issues regarding integration of certain aspects of the implementation, the product team was happy and receptive to our feedback and willing to lend a helping hand to meet our organizational needs.

As an organization we are moving to a single consolidated audit which will be maintained and run through Sprinto.

Had some issues while setting up MFA for office365, and we had to the evidence 1 by 1 manually.

By looking at all the issues and recommendations that we got from SPRINTO, helped us to understand the issues that we have on our current process and how to improve our self's with the expected standards.
Ease of use and smooth customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto app is very easy to use and the onboarding was smooth. Simran from Sprinto made regular followups on our dashboard items and assisted us whenever necessary. Integration with external vendors was straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sprinto app kept showing a pop-up for pending payment even after the payments were made. It would be great if that is reflected in the app automatically.

Few minor bugs are present, which can be avoided. However, they are not show stoppers.
