Great Solution for ISO Audits
What do you like best about the product?
The application addresses all use cases/checkpoints required for a company/software application to get ISO certified.
Sprinto automatically integrates with most of the tools and cloud platforms.
Sprinto's dashboard is very interactive, and its insights on issues and alerts help us closely monitor and address those issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
The application pretty much addressed our requirement, so we do not have any comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto automates the audit process and has a streamlined approach towards addressing tasks/items required for ISO audit.

Very impressed with the ease of onboarding, the streamlined process and the support team.

As with any compliance platform there is a strong vendor lock-in.

- In some very exceptional cases, we had to reach out to the Support team because some of the manual controls were temporarily working
- It could have a bit more automated controls, eg: backup checks

From our experience, we have not found anything to dislike abt sprinto. All good.

Great support - Sai Hemanth was very collaborative. Didn' t just leave us to the system, but provided valuable feedback to keep this going forward.
Systematic onboarding - The sales team did a fantastic job. We made the decision in about a week.
Continunous follow up - Hemanth was consistently following up with us to finish the pending tasks and handholding through the process. Special thanks to him!
It would have taken us a year to do what we needed to do without Sprinto and that too without much confidence.

I can clearly see the vulnerabilities, infra and create templates which is great.

The fact that their support and staff are so responsive and helpful in order to get us moving forward in the right direction for both HIPAA and SOC2 purposes.
