What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto embodies the perfect blend of innovation and functionality. Its sleek design coupled with its intuitive interface makes every task a breeze. I particularly appreciate its versatile features that seamlessly integrate into my daily workflow, enhancing my productivity without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinto excels in many aspects, there are a few minor drawbacks that I've encountered. Occasionally, I've noticed some lag in syncing across devices, which can be slightly frustrating when I need real-time updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto streamlines task and time management, fosters collaboration, and organizes information efficiently. This results in improved productivity, better time utilization, smoother teamwork, and quicker access to critical information, benefiting users like me.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to identify the applications we use for building the product during integration, pinpoint the problems within them, and provide solutions makes the life of a CTO easier. Also the product is very easy to use and the time taken to implement is less.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of resolving support tickets could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto significantly accelerated our SOC2 certification journey, offering an exceptional product experience coupled with outstanding customer support. Ease of implementation is another thing I will like to callout.The seamless integration of advanced features , ready to use automation templates with proactive customer success services not only exceeded our expectations but also greatly facilitated our compliance process

Streamline My ISO27001 Implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive, Smooth and Easy:
They provide almost everything needed to comply ISO27001 with easy and fast implementation.
Provided that you're willing to do what you have to and have sufficient basic knowledge, It makes the implementation much more easy than everyone expected.

Manual Part:
For those parts required manual monitors / collecting evidence, they provide clear instruction for the monitor and evidence collection, actually, this part is the most important.

Automated Part:
The integration to different platforms is great too, it saves penty of time and effort. In my case, 90%+ can be automated collecting evidence after setup.

Support Part:
Before sales support:
Namely, Suraj, BEFORE Suraj contacting me, and I initially contact Sprinto and ask for extensive info. for ISO27001, complain about insufficient information they provide and even request change the support staff, Suraj actively contact me , and he is patient, give the required info. to me and make me confident to use their service.

After sales support:
Namely, Gurudev and Mitesh, thanks for both of them, in the initial status, Mitesh has meeting with me eveyday, instructions are clear, simple and easy to follow.
Everyting is simple, smooth and quick, honestly, no special help from them is needed. Their response time is reasonable fast, normally within few hours though we're in different time zone.
Don't need to expect what great help they provide, the thing is no great help is needed, everything would be much more smooth and easy than it should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could provide more details information for before sales.

The actual services they provide is almost perfect.
However, you don't know that before you use their services. I would highly suggest them to update the "before sales deck / presentation" to reflect their true and real value to us, and make their potential customer being more confident to them.

Their current sales deck / presentation obviously cannot show their actual capacity and may make potential customer / user hestiate to use their services.

Simply "easy & quick" or automated is not really meaningful sometimes.
To many of us, practical is more important than "easy & quick" or automated (though they're important too).
Instead of what can be automated, we're more interesting in how to handle the manual part or what automated actually means.
It's more important to us, they could really help us comply to ISO27001 instead of "how easy" to comply.

They shall show us in more detail and which part they can automated and in case it needs to manually monitor and collect evidence, what support they can provide.

What do you like best about the product?
It is now easier to become ISO 27001 compliant and remain compliant with using the Sprinto Automation software. When required the checks appear on the dashboard and the concerned officer is guided to complete the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates are not universally accessible for every check or task. The action plan for all policies lacks clarity and direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Sprinto operates as an automated system, it aids in eliminating the need for manual tasks.

I like best about Sprinto is its user-friendly interface and the seamless experience it provides for managing tasks and projects.

I don't have any dislikes about Sprinto; it meets all my needs perfectly.

Sprinto is solving the problem of task and project management by providing a streamlined platform that helps me stay organized and efficient. This benefits me by saving time and ensuring that tasks are completed smoothly and on schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto moved efficiently, stuck to the committed deadlines and had an excellent dashboard. The CS assigned to our team was diligent, prompt and well-informed and helped us move fast through the certification processes. The comforting part was their team helped us move fast without compromising on quality. Overall our experience with them has been the proverbial 10x.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience has been near perfect till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solves the otherwise manual back and forth between personnel of different backgrounds (engineering, non-technical personnel from our end and auditors on the other end of the spectrum).

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto got a clean GUI that helps people keep track of what tasks still need work.
It's a Platform that doesn't take long to ingretate into an ecosystem and takes care of a lot of work for you.
I'm also positivly impacted by the amout of work it does for you, especially when it comes to policies and procuredures that need to be in place.

The support and account manager are really helpful in regards to the tasks that need to be done and helpout as much as possible.

I'm currently using the platform every day to input more information and get all requirements for the ISO certification in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if the whole platform wouldn't be seperated into different plans but it obviously makes sense since they cant sell all features at the lowest price. Therefore companies withouth as much ressources still can benefit from the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is giving us the option to integrate as much of our enviroment as possible into a single platform. Taking a lot of tasks, that otherwise would be manual work of us.
Another big part of Sprinto is the ease of use and guideline it gives to different positions in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the thinks are automated and things where there are some issues. There is good documentation on how to solve the issue. Support provided by Sai Hemanth was of great value in guiding and helping out the issue we faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the integrations are not yet fully synced, I had to manually update the user list. Metabase Integration had support for the self-hosted server but Sentry didn't had support for self-hosted deployment.
