Few hiccups with integration, but was quickly resolved

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a great system, easy to implement and maintain and has made our compliance and certification journey so smooth. Excellent working with Akshay as our consultant. He provided quick answers and was able to get us ready for our audit in a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of upgrades are required to use more featues. Would prefer an all in one license without needing to upgrade.

the platform brakes down the process in an easy way - this helped a lot in us being able to comprehend all aspects of the requirements and AIs.
The company and its representatives gave continuous support and hand holding that made sure we didn't get stuck for too long.

There are sone technical requirements regarding staff computers that could have been clearer from the start and save us some time.

The team was very helpful and very good with communication and availability, they made sure we understood the answers to any question we asked, and then followed up proactively to make sure we will meet our own targets,
Their interface is also very easy to use, and they could integrate into our systems easily as well, their app was easy to deploy to alll our employees.

My Customer Success Manager, Varun, walked me through every step in the process, minimized my work and made everything easy for me.

Nothing comes to mind to be honest, it's similar to other platforms except there's even my automation, which equals less work for me. And you guys give us access to very affordable auditors which helps a small business like ours out a lot.

- Direct remediation: Currently, Sprinto identifies security and compliance issues, but it would be helpful if it could also provide remediation and solutions directly from its platform. For example, if Sprinto detects an AWS misconfiguration, it would be useful if it could allow fixing the issue directly from its portal.
- Policy-based automation: Another area where Sprinto could improve is by bringing in policy-based automation for auto-remediation. This would allow organizations to set up policies that automatically remediate issues as soon as they are detected, reducing the time and effort required to maintain compliance and security.

The also loved how the portal tracked you progress on multiple different types of audits as well as the SOC2, so you know how close you are to the next certification, including the number of controls left to complete. Finally the costs were also very resaonable, cumulatively making the journey to SOC2 and other audits/certification easier.
