Great tool with personalized support
What do you like best about the product?
The tool automates nearly everything, featuring an exceptionally intuitive interface. What sets it apart from other tools is the personalized support provided by an account manager. This dedicated individual guides you through the implementation of all controls and the entire process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was smooth. What I'd see as an additional feature would be more automation checks and best practices suggestions regarding AWS/Azure setup.

Automation of evidence gathering.
Sprinto SOC = Simply Outstanding Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is like butter, glides with every flow. More importantly the awesome team that was super responsive and committed throughout our jouney. The experience was so good that we are planning to continue with other compliance certifications with Sprinto.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have a particular negative point since the team was fixing issues pronto. Even platform issues were tended to immediately by the coordinator. Zero negatives at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance is a beast. SOC 2 is simply complex. With the templates and process automation Sprinto just made the entire process a walk in the park. We had time constraints and the team made sure they gave us the due attention for successful completion well within our deadlines!

What do you like best about the product?
Having a dashboard that displays a checklist or assignments for completing tasks related to SOC 2 certification is very helpful. It provides a clear overview of what needs to be done and what has already been completed, which can greatly streamline the certification process and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's common for new software tools to have a bit of a learning curve, especially when they need to be tailored to specific company requirements. Despite the initial difficulties, Sprinto's team was able to provide the necessary support to help us navigate through the challenges and adjust the functions according to our company's needs. Although it's understandable that occasional delays can happen.

Sprinto's solution benefits us by simplifying and guiding the SOC 2 certification process, providing clarity, organization, and support along the way. This ultimately saves time and resources while ensuring that our company meets the necessary compliance standards.
Excellent service and responsiveness
What do you like best about the product?
The entire audit process was easily managed using the tools and the talents provided. Implementation was straightforward, integration was relatively smooth and the support i received from the team was superb.

Personal and picky, but i do not like extra software installations in order to ensure certainn standards are being met.

We implemented ISO27001 and ISO27017 and it gone very well and issued on time, and working now in SOC2 Type 2 report and Sprinto team are helpful and supportive

The tool is a pleasure to use. The UI are extremlely intuitive. Working towards 100% on the compliance dashboard was almost addictive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations need improvement. We needed to get support involved more than once, but Sprinto was always responsive, and issues were dealt with very quickly.

We need to demonstrate compliance (cerification) with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPPA.

Dashboard Concept, User Friendly UI,Alert Mechanisam, Quick Impleentation,Excellent Support,So many times we can connect and update, Also it is very geeting integrated with other application to fetch data

Fully Satisfied with Sprinto. Utilised most of the features to satisfy our requirement. Support was too good to impelent it successfully at our end. As of now there is nothing from our side which i dislike.

Useful to implent SOC 2 type 1 required controls. With the help of Sprinto support we are able to get our SOC 2 certification in time

What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform is extremely easy to use, provides a lot of templates, and the human support is tremendously dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful is Sprinto had more reliable audit partners. The pricing structure for repeat customers could also be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped ease our ISO and SOC certification process by providing a holistic platform that was able to capture and manage all the compliance requirements. The platform was easy to use and provided lots of pre-defined templates that cut down the project hours by over 50%. This allowed us to dedicate fewer company resources than we would have if we were to attempt the certification on our own.

Automation and the ability to integrate has seen our organisation achieve compliance with two international standards in a relative short period of time. Continuous monitoring and a scalable platform are key benefits. As well as an intuitive GUI that displays issues and outstanding tasks.
The Framework page displays the progress towards the different compliance standards and was a major advantage when tracking our progress.

As an Australian based company, we were at times disadvantaged as our CSM was based in difference time zone. However, we did manage to work through this.
