We urgently need to achieve both ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance, and we were looking for a single tool that could help us accomplish both efficiently.

Guided Process and Excellent Support Make Complex Tasks Simple

What do you like best about the product?
The way that your business is guided through this complex procedure. You are constantly reminded of your next open task and how to execute it. And when you're stuck, there's always someone available to help you along.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm trying really hard to think of something right now. There's not much I actively disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto structures all the outstanding tasks nicely. They even take a lot of work out of your hands by setting up automated controls via integrations with your business tools.

Smooth Setup, But Support Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprinto since 2021 for SOC2 compliance and GDPR, and I found the setup process to be super easy. The Customer Success Manager onboarded us in a smooth manner, which I appreciated. Sprinto's continuous monitoring feature is incredibly valuable to me as it helps in monitoring our systems for compliance continuously, eliminating the need for maintaining proofs for everything. This feature reduces a lot of work that our CISO would otherwise have to manage during a compliance audit. I also appreciate the automated alerts and compliance dashboards, which enhance the capability of monitoring our security posture effectively. Furthermore, Sprinto offers good integrations, which I find beneficial, and it is priced affordably, making it a low-cost option for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by the decline in Sprinto's customer support, which has become unresponsive to queries or problems we face. This lack of responsiveness adversely affects our ability to efficiently address issues. Additionally, Sprinto's software has trouble recognizing EC2 instances that are part of an ECS cluster, resulting in frequent errors that impact our audits. These recurring issues with technical recognition and the absence of root cause analyses for bugs are significant drawbacks. Moreover, the lack of integration with AWS Identity Management is another limitation that affects our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprinto for continuous compliance monitoring, reducing audit workload by eliminating manual proof maintenance and providing automated alerts.

I like how it easily consolidates all the tasks into one platform and the fact that you can onboard and offboard members

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has greatly streamlined the compliance process for us, which means we can dedicate more time to developing our product. In addition, their customer support has consistently been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, I sometimes struggle with the terminology used, such as distinguishing between workflow checks and controls. This can make it a bit challenging for me to locate where I need to upload things like an image of our cookie banner. Of course, this might just be a personal issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It contains all the educational materials, automatically collects evidence that we are compliant and reminds if some evidence needs to be collected. All this saves us a lot of time.

Smooth SOC 2 Process with Sprinto

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, and integrating our systems took very little effort. The team is also incredibly responsive and supportive, checking in regularly and making sure we stayed on track throughout the SOC 2 process. Everything felt organized and straightforward from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has gone well so far. Maybe a few small UI improvements could make navigation even smoother, but nothing significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto automates most of the SOC 2 work, like evidence collection and tracking, so we save time and stay organized. Their guidance makes the whole process much easier to manage.
