Sprinto was critical to our success
What do you like best about the product?
I am thrilled to share how instrumental Akshay and Sprinto were in our success. From the beginning, Akshay displayed exceptional professionalism and expertise that set the tone for a smooth and effective process.
A standout feature of our experience was the dedication and proficiency of Sprinto's onboarding/implementation specialist: Akshay Bhalotia. His role was critical in ensuring that our systems were properly set up and that we were fully prepared for the audit. His deep understanding of the implementation's technical and procedural aspects was evident from day one.
The onboarding process was seamless, thanks to the specialist’s meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. He provided clear, comprehensive sessions as well as follow-up recordings in case we missed or forgot any details. Additionally, his ongoing support and willingness to address any concerns or questions we had immediately were invaluable.
During the audit, it became clear that the groundwork laid by Sprinto and its implementation specialist was pivotal. This significantly reduced the stress and uncertainty of the audit process for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to note here. There is nothing I dislike about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving our issue of system and administrative compliance to be able to service our clients.
Saved a lot of manhours in compliance management
What do you like best about the product?
It has been wonderful working with the Sprinto team and the product has been a game changer when we had to achieve both ISO and SOC2 certification in a short span of time. Also, a special shout-out to my POC / AM in the company. A lot of the terms and compliance workflows has been simplified and de-mystified in the product
What do you dislike about the product?
The auditor feedback feature/screen can be improved . It's clearly not designed for threaded conversations

Easy way to SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM, Varun, was extremely patient and helpful. He guided us throughout the process and continued to follow up to ensure we stayed on track with setting up all the compliance procedures and preparing for the audit. We have worked with many vendors, and the customer service from Sprinto was among the very best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, maybe a monthly payment option would be nice for startups.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sprinto is the personalized service. Having someone help us through the process was a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software, there are bugs to work around at times. However, these are often fixed same day when you report them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the ability to gather evidence and report saved us months and hundreds of hours of work.
Super quick and responsive service for SOC-2 compliance!
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to navigate through the checks on the platform! Varun adn Shruti were also super responsive and helped us get through the process a lot quicker to meet our customer timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did feel a little overwhelming to look at the platform at first (until we got on a call and had everything explained to us). An easier onboarding/surface level tutorial would probabaly go a long way!

What do you like best about the product?
We recently used Sprinto to achieve SOC2 compliance, and the experience was super smooth. As a small to medium-sized business (SMB), we needed a fast and seamless process. Sprinto perfectly met our expectations.
Their platform is well-designed, allowing us to easily understand and follow the necessary steps for compliance. Their team of consultants is competent and guided us through every step of the process. The team expertise made our journey to SOC2 compliance much smoother and less stressful than initially anticipated.
We were able to connect many of our IT systems quickly thanks to their gateways.

What do you dislike about the product?
A ramp up is needed to get used to the platform and identify where to input certain information. Despite this learning curve, the assistance from their consultants allows us to quickly address any questions or issues.

Extremely helpful and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support has been exceptional and it was very easy to become SOC-II and later GDPR compliant using their product. They've not just helped us complete standard trainings quickly but have also come back with answers to all of our compliance questions within the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would have liked a better trust center. Vanta's looks very professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's support and customer success are nearly unmacted in our experience with dozens of vendors that provide services to us as a startup. Arjun our CSM was extraordinary--understood our needs, was extremely smart in handling issues and responded to our questions in record speed.
Sprinto's system works great, the intergrations were easy and the functionality and features do exactly what needs to get done.
And all of this at a super competitive cost relative to others.
If you're an early stage startup (or any company in later statges too TBH) don't hestiate and go with Sprinto.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like an startup Sprinto has a few bugs here and there (something doesn't upload correctly and isn't clickable). Not a huge deal and nothing that is a show-stopper or red flag in any way.

We use Sprinto for SOC2 type 2 and for HIPAA compliance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the control setups point you to the correct place but lack indications around how the setup needs to be completed (or how to pass/achieve it)- for example, the control around staff screening indicates that it needs to be set up, but according to the agent, once the staff have completed their on-boarding, this check would pass.
