Sprinto Simplified Our Security Compliance Goal
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to implement, defines clear goals, and its live evidence collection makes compliance almost effortless, with excellent customer support guiding each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated evidence-collection works well overall, but it could be enhanced to cover certain corner cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto removes the pain of manual evidence collection and control mapping by auto-pulling logs from Azure, GitHub, Google Workspace, etc., and giving us a real-time view of compliance across frameworks. That saves weeks of prep, prevents last-minute surprises, and lets us focus on real security improvements. Bonus: its built-in policy reminders and training tasks ensure every employee stays aware of—and follows—our security standards.
Great experience with Sprint! We achieved ISO, HIPAA, and SOC certifications.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto’s guided workflow has been a game-changer for us. From day one, our dedicated account manager, Pratikanand, steered the entire certification process with clarity and expertise, making every step feel effortless. The platform’s price point—significantly lower than Vanta—was a decisive factor, yet the level of professionalism and product quality far exceeded expectations. If you’re seeking a cost-effective, hands-on compliance partner backed by seasoned pros, Sprinto is a standout choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hiccup was billing: our first invoice took longer than expected, and a system switch briefly triggered a duplicate charge. Fortunately, Sprinto resolved the error the same day and kept us informed throughout.

They helped us to achieve SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA certifications.

- Information architecture in product can be better to navigate and discover things.

Sprinto is helping us to get clear roadmap for compliances like HIPAA and SOC2. Their CSM team is well aware about things and able to guide us smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto takes the complexity out of compliance. The platform is thoughtfully designed with automated workflows that reduce manual effort and help us audit ready. Real time progress tracking and clear task assignments keep everyone aligned.

The overall experience is great. Some of the terminology can be a bit technical, if you are new to compliance, but their support team always helps clear things up fast.

We had no clear visibility what needs to be done, who was responsilble to become audit ready.Sprinto solved that by giving us a centralized platform that automates evidence collection,tracks tasks,and keeps everything audit ready in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Sprinto for our certification was great. The tool is very user friendly and all support teams were super helpful with all our request and clarification.
We had no issues with integrating our tools into sprinto and implementation process was very seamless. It was very easy logging in and using generally so there wasn't any issue with the frequency of use during our certification process and the features and tabs were easy to use and navigate

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing i can point out was that changes didn't reflect immediately, it took some minutes to update however it did reflect accurately

Making sure we are being complaint in our processes and systems and data privacy of our stakeholders
SoC 2 experience
What do you like best about the product?
I used it at least once a week and the sign-in option is easy so you don't have to remember a password. It made it easy to document policies and procedures and other elements for our SoC 2. Really liked the training campaigns which are easy to set up and keep track. The dashboard is easy to use with good infographics. I had tremendous support from Kartik Jain, our contact person who made himself available even at the last minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications for issues that are not addressed can be a bit annoying until you find where to change the frequency.

Sprinto was used to obtain our SoC 2 validation. The internal audit went smoothly and was done in a timely manner and recommendation for the external auditor was well managed.
