Streamlines Certification Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Its structured approach to compliance and its ability to simplify what can be a complex and time-consuming process

The app provides a detailed checklist of requirements for the compliance standards you're aiming for. This includes documentation, process adjustments, and security measures.
Powerful compliance automation platform and hastle-free SOC-2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Well integrated automation platform and great support. Our Customer Success Manager at Sprinto Pavithra was of an immense help. She supported us through us the end-to-end journey and answered all our questions, very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything worked as seamlessly as we hoped it would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to setup all the necessary controls that allowed us to get SOC 2 ceritifed in such a smooth manner.

Very efficient collecting evidence as a lot of the controls are automated in the platform
Experience with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto team did an amazing job helping us streamline our SOC 2 project. Abir and his team were exceptionally helpful and responsive. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed promptly. Overall a great experience working with Sprinto.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few issues with logging into the platform through email MFA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with Sprinto, we have tightened up our infrastructure and documentation.
Sprinto helps us to control the certification process

The best part is that Sprinto constantly monitors everything and helps us address vulnerabilities faster, reminds us of processes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it wasn't clear what to do on our own, but the support always helped us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us with our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification.
Fantastic product with a fantastic team
What do you like best about the product?
I Like that it broke down the controls needed to achieve the different frameworks. It turned something that was overwhleming into something managable

I can't think of anything that was bad or bothtered me

it solves the pain around knoing what is required to be complaint in the various frameworks we need tobe compliant in. I.e 1so27001, soc2 and GDPR
Complete Success of Implementation and Ongoing Maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform helped us to organize and manage all the tasks and requirements of our certification. Serving up the due dates for different required items by resource allowed us to march towards our compliance really fast. Onboarding of new team members is super easy and keeps us compliant as we grow. We can track our team real time to know if they have accepted all policies and completed their required training. At the end of the day, we would not be compliant without Sprinto!

The entire Sprinto Customer Service team was available and prompt in their responses to our questions along the way. They continue to support us in our day to day maintenance. Ongoing maintenance to remain in compliance requires our use of Sprinto on a daily basis. The ease of use of the platform to address the needed and pending tasks is very beneficial. As a small company, this helps our team organize and manage the compliance criteria and controls on a visual basis. One dashboard, that allows us to keep track of various roles and keep up with required timelines to meet the needed certs. Assistance with knowing what is required and needed. Nothing of that sort, telephone support could be an additional advantage.

My experience with sprinto was good. The tool is easy to use and yet informative.
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about sprinto what I feel was the explanation of checks and related controls which were mentioned in a descriptive and informative manner which makes easy for individual not only to implement but to understand and analyse whether the control fits my org or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unstable integration. There have been number of times I had experienced such issue with integration to other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem sprinto solving is staright to the point .i.e. Implementing security framework for an org. The ease of implementing.

Its easy to use and all you need is just read it and follow the instruction

It very easy to use straignt foward as you follow the instruction.
