Straightforward, simple and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intiutive and our Account manager was nothing short of exemplary. He walked us through the process and setup regular follow-up calls to help us bring our platform inline with the ISO and SOC2 requirements. As an early stage startup, we were concerned about the complexities of ISO and SOC2 audit process, but Sprinto and our Account Manger made it a walk in the park
What do you dislike about the product?
It did not have all the integrations that we were looking for, which meant that some part of the process required gathering evidence manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the process of bringing your applications inline with needs of ISO:27001 and SOC2 Type 2 easy and intinutive.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a life saver for small startups with limited resources. The whole daunting process of getting the ISO and SOC2 certifications is turned into simple steps with automated dashboards everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any major downsides. It may good to have more help sections.

What do you like best about the product?
Akshay Bhalotia was an amazing guide for us throughout the process of getting compliant. He was always super responsive and helpful in answering questions as to how to do everything correctly. Additionally the guides walk you through all the complicated steps you need to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, SOC2 is just a lot. There might have been one bug, but it was resolved the next day.

It automates most of the evidence collection, vendor risk assessment, and MDM tools, facilitates SOC, ISO, and other compliance achievements, and provides notifications for vulnerabilities and infrastructure issues, streamlining the entire compliance process for efficiency and effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
We had an excellent experience with Sprinto and their team. The platform integrates effortlessly with our existing tools, greatly reducing manual work. Documenation is little outdated in few areas (mainly for aurora DB serverless monitors)

Support tickets are generally immediately addressed, however, calls with the support person would be a better option at times to resolve the issue immediately.
