What do you dislike about the product?
While generally user-friendly, new users may initially find it overwhelming to understand all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has been instrumental in guiding us through both ISO compliance and GDPR requirements. Their platform and support have made it easier for our team to stay organized, audit-ready, and confident in meeting international security and data protection standards.

SOC2 journey which has a lot of document and process setup. Sprinto made it completely automated which helped us to save time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto - one-stop platform and ease of integration. I really appreciate the help and guidance provided by the support team at every stage.

Nothing to highlight. Everything was great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of various services into Sprinto to conduct a gap analysis for acquiring the required compliance frameworks

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service during prep and audit support (and Vaibhav was great coordinating the entire process). Lots of integrations available and the Trust Center is very helpful for controlling access to reports after the audit. AWS integration was especially fleshed out and solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several buggy integrations meant lots of back-and-forth to get things squared away. The process of allowing employees to manually report their devices needs work, but is still better than doing it in spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been a game-changer for our compliance journey. The platform makes it incredibly easy to stay on top of SOC2 requirements with clear workflows, automated evidence collection, and a dashboard that gives complete visibility into progress. The ease of use, coupled with excellent customer support, made what initially seemed like a daunting process very smooth. A special shoutout to Manya Sharma, our Implementation Specialist, whose guidance and proactive support made the entire implementation stress-free and efficient. She ensured we understood every step and helped accelerate our path to compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly very little to dislike. The learning curve at the start can feel slightly overwhelming due to the number of requirements, but the Sprinto team provides excellent guidance, so this quickly becomes manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us streamline and automate our compliance process for ISO27001 and SOC2, which otherwise would have been extremely time-consuming and complex to manage manually. The platform centralizes evidence collection, maps controls seamlessly, and reduces the back-and-forth typically involved in audits. This not only saves us significant time and effort but also gives our team the confidence that we’re always audit-ready. By simplifying compliance, Sprinto allows us to focus more on our core business while still meeting stringent regulatory and customer requirements.

Some features could feel limited or take time to customize for specific business needs. The initial setup may require extra guidance to fully leverage all of its capabilities.

Sprinto is helping us stay audit ready by simplifying cloud compliance and centralizing our compliance management. It reduces the risk of errors, ensures ongoing alignment with standards, and saves time for our team so we can focus on other priorities.
Great Software, Great Team, Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
Easy onboarding, exceptionally engaged success team and dedicated account manager, cleanness of software, and a super easy to integrate tooling. Within a market that's progressively becoming crowded, I think Sprinto offers the best value for money amongst most of the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to accommodate certain control implementations that deviate from their standard practices. But I'm still super satisfied with their proactiveness to resolve and improve on those gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an automated cloud compliance tool that helps us demonstrate to our enterprise customers that although we're a startup, we take our compliance and security posture rather seriously. This has cut down our vendor approval timelines significantly and at the same time, the continuous monitoring at a single place helps us proactively resolve issues that might otherwise slip under the radar of managing stakeholders.

Perfect for getting SOC 2 compliant quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive. It has controls for everything that we need for getting SOC 2 compliant. The product automatically gives the right alerts and ensures that we are on top of the process without having to track things manually. The product automatically integrates with all our systems, eliminating the need to manually manage things.
The Sprinto team is very supportive -- we got a dedicated account manager who helped us all through out the process. It was the first time, I was operationally involved in the process, and it all went smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UX of the product can be better, since there are so many things that need to be monitored for SOC2 compliance it becomes hard to figure out all the different modules. We could not have navigated through the product without a dedicated Customer Success manager.

We need to be SOC 2 compliant for serving enterprise customers and Sprinto allows us to manage that process without too much hassle.

While Sprinto is great overall, the UI can feel a bit dense at times—especially when navigating multiple frameworks simultaneously. Some integrations (like with niche tools) could also use deeper functionality. That said, the team is constantly improving based on feedback, which is reassuring.

Sprinto is helping us stay continuously compliant with SOC 2 by automating evidence collection, monitoring controls in real time, and centralizing all audit-related activities. It eliminates the manual effort and back-and-forth typically involved in compliance, allowing us to focus on our core business while staying audit-ready year-round. This has significantly reduced stress during audits and improved our overall security posture.
