A smooth process with a competent and professional team
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform made it easy to understand what information was required to complete our audit preparation. Their internal documentation was comprehensive and their team was quite responsive to any problems which popped up along the way. Special shout-out to Akshay B for being a fantastic partner and for taking care of us as we worked through the process. Akshay was always able to give me clear and insightful answers to my questions and to expedite fixes on the backend when applicable. We didn't have any trouble with the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been helpful to have a visualization of the overall timeline beyond the percentage completion and task list. Just showing the major milestones and how far we'd advanced along that path. That said, I was able to keep track of this through the Sprinto dashboard info and through asking questions of the Sprinto team, and Googling. So it wasn't really a prohibitive thing in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 type 1 and type 2 compliance and audit completion.

Sprinto as a partner in the implementation of SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto was the chosen partner for the review and implementation of security measures with the aim of obtaining SOC2 Certification.
I had the opportunity to use the SPRINTO platform, both from a user perspective and also as an administrator, and the experience has been quite positive.
As an administrator, I highlight the ease of implementation and the control and usability that the platform offers, allowing easy management of users, permissions, and the entire process itself.
As a user, I highlight the intuitiveness and smooth performance — everything is designed to simplify and assist us in the daily management and implementation of security policies.
The SPRINTO team demonstrates a genuine commitment and was an essential pillar in our Certification process.

Although my experience with SPRINTO has been generally quite positive and the support is usually effective and available, there were some specific situations where the response time was longer than expected, especially.
Even so, these are minor aspects compared to the overall quality of the platform — and the effort of the SPRINTO team to evolve and respond based on user feedback is already visible.

Sprinto: Streamlining Compliance with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a solid tool for streamlining the compliance workflow and making audit management a lot more efficient . It reduces manual efforts , it also pulls data from existing tools and store it to one central place.
What do you dislike about the product?
its good tool just they need to update their customer support as response time is bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously it was very difficult to in compliance process , gathering evidence , document as all it requires manual effort for audit but now with the help of Sprinto it saves lots of manual effort as it collect evidence in real - time also now we do not spend hours to chase team member for documentation manually.

What do you like best about the product?
It supports all major frameworks, like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR, allowing us to manage multiple compliance standards within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our team members have reported screen resolution issues when using Sprinto on their Linux machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us in addressing the complexities involved in security compliance by automating and streamlining the whole process while also reducing the manual effort and the potential for any errors.
Valuable product to keep your utilities safe
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps your utilies safe and up-to-date. Customer support was good compared to other competitors. Features are great and the installation and integration was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the blue screen attack happened, it was irritative to install and configure again Sprinto. Which was quite diappointed. I was not frequent user (No Frequency of Use). May be that's the reason I guess.

I haven't noted any specific dislikes during my experience.

Sprinto made our monitoring, processes and compliance easier
What do you like best about the product?
Since it is integrated with our current HRIS, it is easy for us to add and remove employees, and it is easy for us to monitor who are lacking requirements, and the report and dashboards are very straightforward. Our Account Manager Shivang is very helpful and we really feel supported from preparation to implementation, and even after implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we noticed is the turnaround time of the syncing, and whenever there's an update on the email address of the existing user in our HRIS , there will be an additional user that appears in Sprinto, but this is manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual checking of user compliance when it comes to document acceptance and acknowledgement.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account managers, Shivang and Kavya, have been amazing — always proactive, responsive, and happy to go the extra mile to make us successful. They took the time to walk us through every step, responded quickly to all of our questions, and made what could have been a complicated experience incredibly smooth and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in my mind. Mostly Sprinto provides our compliance needs.

We've had an outstanding experience with Sprinto so far! The platform is intuitive, easy to implement, and has significantly streamlined our compliance processes. What truly sets Sprinto apart, however, is their incredible support team.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto’s intuitive interface and built-in automation features made onboarding seamless. What stands out even more is the excellent support from their team — especially our account manager Shivang, who consistently ensured that we maximized the platform’s capabilities. Sprinto helps consolidate compliance tasks, centralize evidence tracking, and create clear accountability across teams, making it much easier to manage ongoing audit readiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinto is very effective overall, integrating with certain third-party tools required more manual setup than expected and could benefit from improved self-service options. Additionally, while the platform is robust, customizing dashboards and reports to very specific team needs sometimes requires reaching out for support rather than doing it independently. However, Shivang and Kavya were always quick to assist whenever we encountered these challenges.

Sprinto addresses the difficulty of manually managing compliance activities across multiple teams and systems. Previously, gathering evidence, tracking task completion, and preparing for audits were time-consuming and prone to human error. Sprinto streamlines all of this with automation, real-time tracking, and centralized documentation. Thanks to support from Shivang and Kavya, we were able to quickly adapt the system to fit our needs, saving significant time and reducing risks during audits. Sprinto has transformed compliance into a manageable, ongoing process rather than a last-minute rush.
Managing our ISO 27001 compliance has been made significantly easier with the help of Sprinto.

What I like best about Sprinto is that it makes managing compliance easy and organized. It clearly shows what we need to do, helps us track our progress, and saves us a lot of time by reducing manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not really a dislike, but the process of downloading people’s acknowledgments could be improved by including more detailed information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has solved our manual compliance tracking challenges. The benefits have been amazing—everything we need is now clearly summarized in the dashboard, making it much easier to track tasks, stay organized, and ensure nothing gets missed. Our Customer Success Manager, Kavya, has been incredibly helpful, always ready to guide us and make the process even smoother. Even the other Sprinto team members have been super helpful and supportive since we started working with them, making our overall experience very positive.
