What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto takes the chaos out of compliance — it’s like having a virtual auditor on your team.
The UI is intuitive and doesn’t overwhelm non-technical users.
Automated evidence collection is a huge time-saver during audits.
Their customer success/support team is genuinely helpful and fast.
Integration with our existing tools (like AWS, Google Workspace, GitHub) was smooth.

Would be great to have more pre-built templates or best practices for first-time users.

Sprinto Application ISO27001
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had a very positive experience using Sprinto, especially in the context of our ISO 27001 audit preparation. One of the standout aspects has been the alert dashboard, which is incredibly useful for keeping track of compliance tasks and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
I’d also like to highlight the excellent support provided by Pushkar Ranjan. He has been instrumental in helping with evidence collection across all aspects of the audit. His guidance and responsiveness made the process much smoother and more efficient.
Additionally, the monthly meetings were a great initiative—they provided a clear view of our progress and helped us stay aligned with our goals. These sessions were not only informative but also motivating.
Overall, Sprinto, combined with Pushkar’s collaboration, has significantly contributed to our audit readiness and ongoing compliance efforts.

No issue to report, the application is working as expected

The évidences collection and the dashboards are help to keep in track
Intuitive and easy to use but some more features would be good
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprinto on a daily basis for the vendor management function and is intuitive and easy to use. It has some very useful features in the vendor management function such as being able to drop files into the upload function and the reminders of when the next DD review will be due is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more flexibility in the system would be useful such as the ability to modify the questions for the risk assessment/add new questions. There is also no output function which would have been useful. The data was provided by the customer support team and Shivang our account manager but the format was not ideal and I would consider the output of data into a CSV as an essential feature.

The management of our vendors, risk assessment and due diligence.

No issue. Would recommend advising customers to start audits earlier. I at least but I am new to this, was expecting it to take less time. It was not Sprinto's fault at all. We should have just started the process earlier.

New engagment for SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
We have a new engagement with Sprinto so I have limited experience however the ease of starting our engagement, pricing, and on-boarding process has been a really great experience so far. Our advisor Rahul has been friendly, has great knowledge and experience and we feel confident our project will get completed in a timely matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the team is great and the platform is straight forward and easy to use and understand.

The customer on boarding experience, and the speed of the implementation. The trust center is very powerful, and great service from Rahul Kolli and Pushkar Ranjan
