Helpful Templates Make Getting Started Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Having templates available is useful and provides guidance. The monitoring and guidance provided is great and allows the users to know where we are at continuously and encourages us to keep going! Knowing everything is in place makes the audit process very simple and non-threatening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that big a downside, but just getting used to the operation and layout initially. Once familiar it was all plain sailing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously to achieve ISO27001 accreditation and soon to be used for SOC2 as well, but it helps us establish the correct processes, procedures, policies and guidelines from the get go, given we are a start-up business. This will be great for audit and compliance purposes as we continue to expand and grow.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made our compliance journey extremely easy, especially during our ISO certification process. The platform clearly outlines every requirement and keeps everything organized in one place. It helped us track all important compliance tasks without missing any details. The automated reminders and real-time status updates were very helpful. Sprinto reduced a lot of manual effort and confusion around documentation. The dashboard made it easy to see exactly where we stood at any point. Their workflows simplified coordination across teams. The overall experience felt structured and stress-free. Sprinto saved us significant time during the audit preparation. I would highly recommend Sprinto to any team pursuing ISO compliance. All the POCs Pavithra, Shivang, Vaishali have been really helpful throughout our journey with Sprinto.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were really hoping Sprinto would have a dedicated dashboard or module to store and manage client contracts. Currently, contract storage isn’t available within the platform, so we had to rely on external tools for that. Adding this feature would make Sprinto an even more comprehensive compliance solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solves the problem of manual, time-consuming compliance processes by automating evidence collection, task tracking, and audit readiness. It replaces spreadsheets and scattered documentation with a single, structured platform. This automation reduces human error, saves significant time, and allows our team to focus on core business activities instead of manual compliance work.
Exceptionally Clear and User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely user-friendly, with each step and task presented in a clear and accessible manner, making the entire process easy to follow. My account manager Aasim was super hands on and guided me smoothly through all the process.

Can't say I faced any issues. everything was straight forward.

I am currently preparing for a SOC2 Type II audit and making sure everything is in order.

What do you like best about the product?
The structured approach to the audit process was fantastic. Sprinto replaces chaos with a clear roadmap. The ability to create a separate view for the auditor so they could access evidence directly without us acting as the middleman was a huge time saver. Ritik was also incredibly responsive whenever we hit a roadblock.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't encountered any major roadblocks. If I had to pick something, I’d say the sheer number of features and policies was slightly overwhelming during the first week of onboarding. However, the customer success team helped us navigate it quickly, and now it runs on autopilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of 'continuous compliance.' Rather than scrambling once a year for an audit, Sprinto keeps us in a state of constant readiness. It alerts us immediately if a laptop is out of compliance or a server setting is changed, allowing us to fix security gaps in real-time rather than finding out about them during the audit window.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto gave us a clear structure to run the entire ISO 27001 journey without it turning into a spreadsheet driven mess. Having all controls, evidence, ownership and audit status in a single dashboard removed a lot of manual chasing and guesswork. During the audit window the evidence submission flow and auditor comments kept things moving and prevented delays. It was especially helpful when working across engineering, HR, finance and leadership, because everyone could clearly see what was pending, who owned it and why it mattered.
I worked closely with Ritik from Sprinto as our technical consultant. He was consistently responsive and hands-on throughout the engagement. Whether it was clarifying controls, reviewing evidence or coordinating with auditors his guidance was practical and easy to act on. When things were blocked or unclear, he helped resolve them quickly, which made a real difference during a time sensitive audit.

There isn’t anything major that stood out as a downside. One area that could be improved is notification flexibility. It would be helpful if Sprinto allowed more granular control over notifications, such as selecting or deselecting specific people on a task instead of notifying everyone pending by default. This would reduce noise and make follow ups more targeted.
It would also be useful to have a consolidated, spreadsheet-style view showing all pending items per individual. That kind of list would make it easier to manage escalations and send focused reminders manually through internal emails when needed.

For us, Sprinto translated into better visibility, faster execution and less coordination overhead. Teams across engineering, HR, finance, and leadership could see their responsibilities clearly, while auditors had a single source of truth to review evidence and leave comments. This reduced back-and-forth, shortened audit cycles and allowed me to focus more on risk and decision making rather than chasing updates.

What we like best about Sprinto is its simplicity and ease of use, which makes it a tool we rely on frequently. The implementation process was smooth and straightforward, and integrating Sprinto with our existing systems was hassle-free.We also appreciate the excellent customer support—they’re responsive and helpful whenever needed. On top of that, Sprinto offers a wide range of features that cover all compliance requirements, making it a comprehensive solution. Great Customer Service and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made the deployment and management for my client simple. Sprinto Staff were accommodating and knowledgeable, leading to a swift rollout of the controls within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Putting us on a Development server, then deleting the entire instance, was not helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes compliance extremely easy by automating most of the heavy work involved in managing audits, security controls, and evidence collection. The platform provides clear visibility into our compliance posture, and the dashboards make it simple to track progress. Their workflows eliminate manual tasks and reduce human error, which saves a huge amount of time. The UI is clean, intuitive, and easy for both technical and non-technical team members to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations require initial fine-tuning, and certain reports could offer deeper customization. There are moments when evidence collection takes a little longer than expected, especially during peak activity. It would also be helpful to have more advanced automation templates for highly customized environments. However, these are minor compared to the overall value the platform provides.
