What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dashboard in Sprinto shows false check and I am sure they are working on eliminating this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has been our Information Security Management System, and has helped us managed the things that are required for us to be SOC2, HIPPA and ISO 27001 complaint

Some tools that we use are still not integrated by Sprinto so having to upload the evidence manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprinto platform's ability to perform security audits on cloud infrastructure automatically. Good integration with AWS resources is helpful monitoring security control implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search capabilities could be easier to use. To locate certain records, users need to scan the long list of resources.
A few bugs cause failure in running automated audits, sometimes causing false alarms to appear.
Azure integration could be improved. For example, Azure Microsoft Defender could be integrated to show vulnerabilities.

Sprinto tool made it super easy to
- know all policies, checks, and balances are needed to get to Soc2
- track all policies, reviews, device checks etc through a notification and dashboard system
- track all infrastructure, access control etc automatically
- enforce policies across the entire company.
Our team had to spent < 20 hrs to get to Soc2 Type1 with Sprinto.
The journey from Type1 to Type2 is also smooth, where Sprinto tool takes care of automatic reminders to periodic tasks collection of evidence to keep us on track for a clean audit.
Support from their team is super fast in case you need help.

They are innovating too fast, so sometimes it's hard to catch up on new UI changes -:)

Sprito was able to get us SOC2 Type 1 audit ready in less than 3 weeks. With every other vendor out there, we got a timeline of 3 months.
We got our SOC 2 Type 1 within 2 months of starting the engagement.
Sprito really is a complete ISMS solution for everything security. We are now going further with Sprinto to get ISO certified.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Initially, we had a few integrations that were not available.

We sell into USA financial services and need to pass infosec compliance with every client.
Earlier it used to take us months to get through. With SOC2 audit we are not able to clear infosec in 2 weeks.

1. Login with our SSO provider (Okta) was missing at the integration time. Though google login made it easier.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Ensure there is a clear management buy-in before starting the SOC2 process. With Sprinto, it takes much less time but still needs commitment and energy from the company's side.

Their support and dedication towards helping their customers is the best thing I liked about them. I believe they are very much expert in helping you SOC2 compliance and ISO 27001.

Till now, we have not encountered anything.

As a SAAS based provider of SDK for in-app messaging, we wanted to achieve SOC2 compliance, and they were able to help us out.

Their portfolio needs to increase. Inclusion of CCPA, PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR

CometChat has used the services of Sprinto, for SOC2 Type 1 certification and is now working with them for SOC2 Type 2 and ISO27001 certification. Sales have increased marginally.
