Never thought the ISO certification process would be this smooth!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has a great product that integrates directly with your infrastructure, code repositories, IAM system, and generate evidences for auditors automatically. It saves the hassle of generating and storing the evidences manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few features need to mature like integration with Kubernetes auto-scaling and Bitbucket security scanning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has productivized the entire evidence collection, documentation, security training, user management, and more. So it saves a lot of time in ticking-off these steps.
It took us a single sprint to achieve the SOC 2 certification with Sprinto!
What do you like best about the product?
Achieving SOC 2 Type 1 compliance at the fastest market speed, without any roadblocks on the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Sprinto was effective and easy to use, and there was transparent communication maintained at every step on our compliance journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reached out to Sprinto to aid us in our SOC 2 compliance journey as our ISMS. Albeit, they have delivered beautifully.

Nothing to dislike. One functionality was little bit lacking, but team was response to add the same in a short span of time

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us automate many operations and monitoring required by SOC-2. It saves us a lot of time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to conduct minor tweaks in our service to fit the automatic monitoring requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would like to get SOC-2 certificate with reasonable time and cost. Sprinto helps us resolve this requirement.

Liked the way onboarding was done to the product and most of the integrations were working perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noting as such. But things that could have been improved are
1. Filters aren't working on some pages.
2. If possible push the fixes to codebase from sprinto pannel itself.

The tool is so simple to use and pulls much of the data needed with its integrations.

Sprinto can introduce policy plans and their execution report update on its platform with reminders.

Excellent and Trustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
Having Sprinto as part of our team was like having a full-fledged compliance and enforcement organization attached to our Organization. Our organization could develop and deploy a variety of services with confidence that we are fully compliant with all the legal regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto's self-service portal needs more work on the user experience side. While they have been diligent in accepting user feature requests and catering to them as quickly as they can, this is definitely an area some improvements are required.

Sprinto is helping us deploy various marketing intelligence solutions while being fully compliant with legal regulations. Having Sprinto part of our team has also helped us streamline our organizations' development and deployment and increased velocity of deliverables

Sprinto helped us achieve SOC2 compliance in a quick, hussle-free approach.
* They had readily available integrations for our existing systems like Gsuite, Github, AWS.
* Sprinto's dashboard gave us an overview all of the compliance. It track all the data points required for compliance.
* We also had a good guidance & support from Gurudev, our success manager.

There was nothing I disked in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a requirement to achieve SOC2 compliance for our product. Sprinto provided a fully automated process for evidence collection and compliance monitoring. We got our SOC2 Type I certification and we are working Sprinto for SOC2 Type II certification.

Sprinto offered a clear tech-led approach which is ideal for cloud-native firms like us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still evolving and can make a few auto recommendations. Should connect with free Github versions and not need team versions to work.

Getting ISO certified and remaining compliant is a challenge. Sprinto made it easier to not just get certified but made entire compliance process set up easily.
