The support & communication by the Sprinto team is truly amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
We’re currently using Sprinto to gather evidence for our SOC-2 Type 2 Audit & the entire onboarding experience was simply amazing.
There was never a point in time where we felt that the Sprinto team couldn’t guide us, they are very reliable & ensure that we stay compliant by checking up with us on a bi-weekly basis.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto team has always been available for all our compliance needs so I have nothing but appreciation for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuously monitoring our critical systems to see if we maintain compliance & also incorporating a security-first culture in our organization which will help us scale confidently.
I’d say Sprinto is more of a partner who not only helps manage all the difficult audit conversations on our behalf but also helps us adopt the latest security practices.

What do you dislike about the product?
You probably have to wait a day or two to get a call scheduled. But it is still fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help organizations acquire security-compliant certificates in a shorter time span. The Sprinto platform reports the issues which are not compliant with security standards such as SOC1 and 2. Sprinto team helped us achieve compliance with SOC2 standards.

What do you like best about the product?
Having gone through a SOC 2 audit three times, this, by far, was the best experience! I've worked with consultants in the past, and that process was super time-consuming. We spent 4-6 months getting SOC 2 ready, mostly completing everything manually. Never again!
What took consultants 4-6 months, Sprinto got done in a few weeks! It almost felt too easy. Our CSM, Goutham Krishnan, is a rockstar - amazing service and always readily available when we need assistance. The entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. SOC 2 compliance is made easy with Sprinto!

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been minor hiccups with the platform itself, but the CS team is always on top of it. I can't say I dislike it, but I think it's worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given that we work with enterprise customers, SOC-2 compliance is a must. Sprinto provides a fully automated process, and it's helping us get there smoothly and promptly.
Compliance is a complex topic, Sprinto made it simple.

- The support system associated with Sprinto the platform, you are never left to fend for yourself.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are nitpicking here, few updates on the platform need manual intervention (for it to reflect on the platform). Not a showstopper by any means as there is immediate support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance is generally a very complex topic; having done this earlier, it could end up as a painful journey. Sprinto eases the process and the best part is that the process is transparent which allows start-ups like ours to focus on the corrections (how) rather than the what.

What do you like best about the product?
The support and focus that the Sprinto team brought into the equation. They have been in control of the engagement from the get-go and guided us patiently through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike would be a strong word, but their portal has some niggling issues that they have been proactive in fixing. Over time I am sure they will improve on this front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto's platform centralises all the things required for clearing and managing the tasks required for securing business critical compliance (ISO, SOC, GDPR) requirements. Backed up by a competent and highly professional team, they make the whole process pain and stress free.

Sprinto helps in generating/automates the evidence collection process.

Nothing to dislike. All was perfectly handled since from the beginning.

Since, this was the first time for me to deal with a consultant that ease the process of auditing.
Efficient, effective, and economical experience achieving our ISO 27001 with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto helped us achieve our ISO 27001 certification within a couple of months of our first engagement. We probably could have done it even faster, the main delay was on our side balancing our other business priorities. Their tool integrates very well with the modern cloud-based IT stack. It was a very efficient process, and their staff were very available to guide us through any of our questions.
To be frank, we had our doubts about them as they were a young company and quoted us much less than other companies. However, the overall experience was great and couldn't recommend more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, if I had to be critical, being a young platform some sections of the application could mature a bit. However, they supplement this with good templates and instructions. I suspect that very shortly these sections will be improved, based on conversations I have had with their team.

Sprinto helped us achieve our ISO 27001 certification, and provide software and consulting to keep our company compliant. Their software significantly reduces the time commitment this would take otherwise.
Amazing product with excellent compliance guidance
What do you like best about the product?
At no point in time during our interaction with the Sprinto team did we have to worry about them not having the required expertise. They’re a team of people who know what’s needed to execute compliance and they ensure that they do it by keeping security at the back of their heads at all times. We felt that we were truly improving our organization's security posture instead of paper compliance for ISO27001 & that is kudos to Sprinto team
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many to pick from but I felt that it would be nicer to have an assessment after an employee goes through the security training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Organization was seeking ISO27001 compliance and we wanted to do it the modern way with automation. With Sprinto, we soon realized that everything is real-time and we get an overall bird’s eye view of where things stand with regard to both compliance and security. Anything that needed actioning was just a few clicks away from being remediated.

The thoroughness of the team with the overall process was particularly impressive.

None so far. Just a few issues with the portal and Dr. Sprinto app that were resolved by the team when we reached out to them

We needed SOC2 compliance for a few business requirements and (hence) reached out to Sprinto team. The Type 1 and Type 2 certifications open up new horizons for a start-up like us.
