Easy and reliable tool for security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I am writing this review as a startup founder who used Sprinto's product and wasn't involved in the SOC2 compliance process directly.

GDPR Compliant Process for SaaS Company
What do you like best about the product?
The overall journey with Sprinto, from the initial sales, calls with Yadhu Krishnan, and getting all our doubts cleared until completing the compliance process working closely with Rahul Singh, was seamless. Sprinto team was always available for all our doubts and to solve our queries. Their advice and suggestions helped us complete the compliance process on time. In the dashboard, you get help to track the progress, identify the task/s which are due/pending and take corrective action. Initial days, we used to have a weekly cadence to review the project and identify the risk items. The task checklist proved very useful in determining the roles in our team and delegating the tasks. Whenever we had any doubts, Sprinti team was very prompt in answering and solving the issues. Happy with our decision to engage Sprinto, I would highly rank them for the streamlined process they have established.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the later stage of the project, I would like Sprinto team proactively send periodic project updates over email/calls to highlight the pending task/s. This is important for startups where founders and core team members are busy with multiple business tasks. This will ensure the project getting completed within the stipulated period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a SaaS product startup with clients based in North America. We are entering the EU region and checking data security/confidentiality compliance. Getting GDPR compliant and ensuring all the documentation updates is what Sprinto helped us.
Sprinto made ISO 27001 certification like a walk in the Park!
What do you like best about the product?
Completely automated, easy to understand process and dashboard with integration to infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Sometimes navigation is difficult

Sprinto accelerates the entire certification process, eliminates documentation and its controls and warning keep you continuously updated
Great safety & compliance tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto helps us as an organisation to ensure all the devices are safe and secured and also supports us in terms of putting important policies across employees
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be more interactive in nature . The current interface with its colour tones can be improved. Otherwise, everything else looks good and very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us ensure all the devices are linked to the organisations' safety norms and in providing that important policy are read and accepted by the employees
It’s been good overall
What do you like best about the product?
It's a dashboard to track all the updated status and security checks and easier for the teams to close the open loops and the checklist for audits. It has made our work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't reflect the status of tasks accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us with our ISO 27001 compliance by automating our tasks and security training. It allows employees to complete their training on the portal and easy to register the policies acknowledgment logs.
Smooth and easy

It is paperless, quick and hassle-free making it the best

There are no downsides at the moment. So no dislikes

Solving audit complaince of the company is mandatory, but sprinto makes it seamless and smooth
Compliance Auditing made simpler
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto team was thorough and engaged us throughout our SOC2 journey. Sprinto platform had templates for everything and they integrate with every cloud software you can think of. Overall they saved us a lot of time and money in the SOC2 process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto monitoring works well for servers which are running all the time. But when servers are going up and down in a Kubernetes cluster, it has a bit difficulty identifying them correctly. Ofcourse it is expected for a young product to have some issues and it was not a deal braker. Also the UI could have bulk updates for some of the alerts.

Sprinto helps in the Compliance process and automates a bunch of stuff which will free up your time and reduce costs.

Automation - Sprinto continuously monitors our infrastructure and saves on weeks of manual work
Guidance - Sprinto provides very exhaustive and simple steps to get compliance done. It's very easy to follow.
Communication and team - This is the best part. We worked with exceptionally professional folks who understood our problems empathetically, had a solid understanding of the problems and solutions, and were very effective in communication. I can confidently say this is one of the best professional teams that I have worked with in my vendors.
Guidance - Sprinto provides very exhaustive and simple steps to get compliance done. It's very easy to follow.

What do you dislike about the product?
We faced no issues. I appreciate the effort, simplicity and empathy shown in the entire process. My experience was totally positive on all counts and did not face even a minor inconvenience.

Sprinto has automated compliance for us and with their continuous monitoring, we have near real-time insights in keeping a check on whether we are following the best practices with regard to compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Gautam has worked with me closely in a 1:1 situation to walk me through the process. Working with him directly has made it much easier for us to prepare for the audit as I can ask questions directly and not have to second guess what is being looked for.

So far, I don't have any downside. I am getting all the help I need and my expectations have been met.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes it very easy to resolve, and continually stay on top of, the items required to remain SOC2 compliant

The product is still evolving and growing, so it has a couple of rough edges, but they're constantly working to make it even smoother

Keeping us on top of the list of items to remain in compliance, and helping remind us on timing for periodic reviews, etc
