What do you like best about the product?
Hassle-free experience. Getting to compliance in a short time-period with minimal effort from our end was the highlight.

Simply the best & the easiest way to get SOC2 compliant

What do you like best about the product?
Sprito was able to get us SOC2 Type 1 audit ready in less than 3 weeks. With every other vendor out there, we got a timeline of 3 months.
We got our SOC 2 Type 1 within 2 months of starting the engagement.

Sprito really is a complete ISMS solution for everything security. We are now going further with Sprinto to get ISO certified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Initially, we had a few integrations that were not available.
Sprinto added them as per their feature roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell into USA financial services and need to pass infosec compliance with every client.
Earlier it used to take us months to get through. With SOC2 audit we are not able to clear infosec in 2 weeks.
Sprinto really made our security compliance posture much better.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Complete white-glove experience.
2. App tracks and automates everything.
3. Clear timelines with expectations managed very well.
4. The product was well built with a very nice UI/UX. The entire company found it easy to use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Login with our SSO provider (Okta) was missing at the integration time. Though google login made it easier.
2. Faster (maybe realtime-ish) sync between the services would've been nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Implementation of SOC2 in the shortest time possible.
2. Automated monitoring to ensure compliance.
3. Ensuring our other business priorities are not at risk because of the SOC2 implementation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Ensure there is a clear management buy-in before starting the SOC2 process. With Sprinto, it takes much less time but still needs commitment and energy from the company's side.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support and dedication towards helping their customers is the best thing I liked about them. I believe they are very much expert in helping you SOC2 compliance and ISO 27001.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now, we have not encountered anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a SAAS based provider of SDK for in-app messaging, we wanted to achieve SOC2 compliance, and they were able to help us out.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication ... frequent updates throughout the fulfillment process.
Flexibility....are always able to accommodate last-minute changes and edits.
Relationship... In a span of such a small time frame, CometChat and Sprinto have built a very strong relationship, that we don't have to look any further for any of our security or compliance needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their portfolio needs to increase. Inclusion of CCPA, PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR
Everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CometChat has used the services of Sprinto, for SOC2 Type 1 certification and is now working with them for SOC2 Type 2 and ISO27001 certification. Sales have increased marginally.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is pretty straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if the panel sends auto emails to the new employees to get their set of actions done. It can be a good add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are removing the opaque and manual way of being ISO ready with a super quick TAT.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended if you are going for ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliances

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard which gives you overview of all the status which includes people ops, Infra ops & Management segregation on task completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now very happy with the tool which helps us in easy way to get soc2 certification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the other certification where company has to maintain the artificats in many folders and you struggle to get the required. Sprinto solves by having good dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tool is very good and supportive for any company to use and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Both time and stress have reduced dramatically since we onboarded Sprinto. Its gone to almost auto-pilot for me, which is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its been a wonderful experience

I know there's automation around my ISMS, not just for compliance, but also to make sure that we're not missing something. Employee onbooarding, training and offboarding have become really easy.

What do you like best about the product?
They gave us full visibility of the entire process & made sure we didn't miss anything in the process

There were a few niggles in the software - but to their credit - Sprinto team fixed it immediately on reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell to enterprise customers; therefore, we had to become SOC2 compliant - and fast. Sprinto helped us get there smoothly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have someone in your technical +HR/Ops team who can commit some time to complete the SOC2 compliance work. But that's true for any vendor; atleast in Sprinto's case - they will reduce your workload as much as a vendor can do - but you will have to do some work yourself. Just make sure you have a person who can commit a couple of hours each week for a few weeks.
