Exceptional support from Shivang through Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
It saves us time. Sprinto handles most of the compliance work automatically, and the dashboard is easy to understand

At first, it was a bit confusing to set up some parts, and some features take time to learn. But overall, it gets easier over time

It solves the problem of manual compliance work. Now we save time, stay audit-ready, and don’t have to worry about missing anything important

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to monitor It helps automate tasks, track progress, and stay on top of requirements like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. The platform is easy to use, and the support team is helpful and quick to respond.

What I dislike about Sprinto is the need to manually send reminders. It would be more efficient if reminders could be automated

This has saved our team countless hours, reduced the risk of non-compliance, and made audit readiness significantly less stressful. It also improves accountability across teams by providing clear task ownership and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use. And our account manager Shivang is very reliable in terms of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No observed features that would have me disliked Sprinto. Our account manager Shivang ensures that our experience is seamless.

The problems that Sprinto is solving include those reports of devices, particularly the instructions to ensure that these devices (e.g. laptops) are secured.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is user-friendly. It also makes managing compliance much easier and efficient. Additionally, Shivang and Abhisha has been proactive and supportive. They are kind enough to quickly respond to any concerns raised from our end.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, I don’t have any dislikes. With the help of Shivang and Abhisha, everything has been great so far.

Managing compliance is made easier with Sprinto. It benefits me in such a way that it makes everything faster and efficient on my end. Shivang is also very patient and ensures that he is accommodating to our needs and inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Sprinto for over a year now, and honestly, it made getting compliant way easier and faster than we thought. We got everything sorted in just a few months. The support from our CSM was awesome, super helpful and always ready to jump on a call whenever we needed.
I really like how the platform is broken down into clear sections, which makes finding what you need and managing tasks a breeze. We were worried that setting up policies and handling risks would take forever, but Sprinto had all of that ready to go from the start. It saved us a ton of time and hassle.
Plus, it connects directly with our cloud systems and keeps an eye on security issues automatically, which means less manual work for us. The way it collects evidence is pretty neat and straightforward and easy to share with the team and auditors.
All in all, Sprinto made compliance way less stressful and helped us focus on what really matters. Highly recommend it!

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that would make Sprinto even better is having a global search feature for policies and procedures. It’d be super helpful to be able to search for a word or phrase and instantly see all the places it shows up across all our documents.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto basically took the stress out of compliance for us. It automates a bunch of stuff, makes setting up policies and various other compliance tasks way easier, and saves us a ton of time. Now, we can focus on our work without constantly worrying about audits.

Too many controls. Not that easy to use for the first time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Sprinto is how it automates and centralizes our compliance / due dilignece workflow. It reduces manual tracking.

I have mainly used the vendor management feature, so I cannot comment much on the broader platform.
