The overall experience that we had with Sprinto was good
What do you like best about the product?
The visual aspect of what is completed and what is pending is super helpful. Also, integrations and automated data pull is a huge time saver

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is an excellent tool for cloud companies that need to comply with various security standards and audits. It automates the whole process of risk assessment, control mapping, and evidence collection. It also integrates with many cloud services and provides real-time alerts and reports. Sprinto saves time, money, and effort for security teams and makes compliance easy and fast. I highly recommend Sprinto to anyone who wants to improve their security posture and achieve compliance goals without hassle. I also want to thank Radhika Saxena from the support team, who helped me with the setup. She was very helpful and professional, ensured everything worked smoothly and answered all my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to improve their documentation for "How to fix" the reported tasks.

Sprinto is helping us with continuous security and compliance for security audits and automates real-time compliance checks. They provide pre-approved, auditor-grade compliance programs required for SOC 2 certification.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Sprinto has been positive from day 1. What do you dislike about the product?
I have little to offer in terms of cons for Sprinto. I typically judge organizations based on the three Ps (i.e., people, process, and product). In terms of people, they have been welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process ensures that you tackle one thing at a time on your compliance journey without getting overwhelmed. The product provides continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection. It is easy to use and integrates all of our key technology.

Sprinto simplifies designing and implementing a robus security compliance program for your MSP or SaaS business. That is why we signed up, and it has been a very positive experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike whatsoever. Very impressed at all levels.

Sprinto helps navigate the complexities of SOC2 compliance in a very effective way.
Intuitive interface, not an overbearing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Device reporting is pretty easy; the agent doesn't interfere much and works seamlessly. The policies are conveniently accessible, training wasn't too bothersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about as a user, have heard my administration team complain about slowed support, diminishing usefullness of the customer success team and slow synchronisaiton of the reported devices. Onboarding on certain Mac devices required troubleshooting.

Security compliance(SOC2 and other certifications) and device reporting. Some essential security onboarding for new members.

It was seamless and clear in direction for the modules to be completed

Could have been faster in the Ui front. The time to load was very high in high speed internet conditions. Confirmation of completion was not great and intuitive. This can be improved to be more deterministic.

The modules and flow of the course are well structured and intuitive enough. Overall experience through the course is seamless. The remainders of the pending courses are also on point.

Making sure all the security and compliance policies are known and understood by the users + actively tracking teh progress and completion of the courses by the users
The easiest way to get SOC 2 certified
What do you like best about the product?
SOC2 compliance is difficult and as our org was growing, it just became difficult to manage the entire process end to end. If we miss a step or fail to report compliance then our certification would get hampered.

What do you dislike about the product?
I use Sprinto on Brave browser, but the app is still not compatible with the same - so I need to manually upload proofs on their app. Takes a lot of time and is not ideal.

the readiness the product has while gets launched post system start is amazing, it is useful to keep system clean and protected
